Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Carpi

We had a fantastic stay in Alfredo's beautiful apartment and would book it again immediately and anytime when visiting Bologna. The apartment was in top condition, everything looked new and was also furnished with attention to detail, so that we felt right at home. There was even water and snacks in the fridge, which was really a totally friendly attention. We were also thrilled with the location, as we got to the core of Bologna on foot and there were really great restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors within a 15-30 minute walk. Communication also worked out perfectly. We hope to return to Bologna one day and then stay here again :)

Absolutely wonderful stay! Unfortunately only one evening but definitely would have loved to stay longer if my schedule allowed. Can't wait to return to Modena and stay here. Everything is walking distance - the cathedral, fruit market, amazing restaurants and shops. I also made an error while checking out and Alessandra was extremely understanding and proactive.

Ivan was always available when we needed him for questions on where and how to bag drop Pre check in, we had an issue with the hot water due to someone turning the boiler off in the group as well as a light. Ivan responded straight away and advised this could be the case which it was and resolved there and then. I asked Ivan for any recommendations which he did and we checked out and was very happy. The flat is on the centre of Bologna, amongst the shops, restaurants, coffee shops, nearby supermarket and near everything you want and need for a Bologna stay and at night it was peaceful and quiet even tho in the centre . Would def recommend and will come back and stay here again without question. The flat was very clean and well looked after, no complaints from a family of 4 !

Alessandra's place was perfect for our week in Bologna on a language immersion tour. The apartment was complete with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay (air conditioning was very appreciated since it was so hot in Bologna). Alessandra and co-host Mattia were super responsive whenever we needed something and the building and surroundings were very cute and quiet. Enjoyed our stay, we would not hesitate to book this apartment again!

Sara & Gabriele we fantastic hosts. Very flexible with arrival and departure times. Extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Provided helpful hints and suggestions. Unit was fantastic and would definitely consider again if coming to Bologna. Grazie!

Great area and the flat is quiet considering the amount of people, restaurants and bars. Nice place to stay and the air conditioning was hugely apprecaited

Barbara was a wonderful host, meeting us upon arrival, helpful with recommendations, booking taxis, etc. The apartment was very comfortable and the location was ideal. We especially appreciated the air conditioning in the warm June in Bologna. The only issue was construction noise in the bedroom in the morning. Hopefully, that is temporary.

My family and I (5 adults and 1 teenager) had the most wonderful stay at Maria Teresa’s place. Her home is very beautiful and welcoming, there was more than enough space for the family to feel comfortable. This area of Emilia-Romagna is very unique and incredibly peaceful. We felt a strong connection to nature, to the agricultural traditions, and to the history of the region. There were so many surprises to learn about and discover in our short stay! Maria Teresa is truly a “super host”. With an abundance of grace and hospitality, she made our visit an unforgettable experience. Maria answered all of our questions (from restaurants to history) with enthusiasm and patience. Our family felt very cared for during our stay. We were sad to leave! For anyone planning a visit; our family rented cars from the airport in Bologna which was a piece of “torta”. Monte Fuso is great for hiking. Visit the caseificio. We were sorry to miss the pool. Our stay was a hidden gem.

Lovely very large secure garden which was ideal for our dogs. The pool was lovely and the eating area outside the kitchen was ideal. The house was comfortable and spacious and air con in 2 of the bedrooms was lovely as kept the whole house at a lovely temperature. Local bakery ideal for breakfast. 2 of our party went to the aqua park and loved it. We also visited Ferrera and Bologna.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

We loved the design of the apartment & hosts’ hospitality. The backyard and the pool are wonderful! Recommend anyone staying here.

Marco and Pia are amazing hosts! Their home is very well done and very comfortable! We had everything we needed! Walking distance to the train, which was convenient for us!!

I was blown away when I entered Simona’s place: it is enormous (far bigger than you would have thought from the pictures only), in an excellent location, very comfortable and has everything you could ask for. Everything was perfect, from the beds to how good the place smelled! Simona was also a great host, very responsive, had very good suggestions and provided lots of amenities, even some snacks and drinks. If I am ever back in Modena I would most definitely choose to stay here again.

Excellent location and multiple communications with owners were responded to immediately with clear guidelines. We were given early access to the flat and garage which was lucky as it turned out the street was closed that day for a 25th anniversary celebration. Flat is accurately presented and described. It is very clean and the bedroom is quiet at night. Entry was a bit complicated as I also rented the garage - lock on front door, then a lock box for garage key/ remote and then a lock box for flat. Having said that, flat and garage were extremely secure and it was easy after that. Definitely recommend the flat and its central location. Parma is a lovely town.

Check-in and check-out were very easy and understandable, also with the help of Michela's English-speaking son. The parking spot in the underground parking is a big plus! The apartment was extremely clean and there was everything you need for a short vacation. The direct surroundings are not too beautiful, but on foot or by bus you can quickly get to the city center and enjoy it. All in all, I would recommend the apartment due to the good value for money!

great location - parking is close by (DUS - public garage) and the city center is in walking distance. Tatiana was really helpful and very responsive. We liked her bar & restaurant recommendations. Perfect for discovering Parma for a few days.

This apartment has the perfect location. Near a lot of restaurants, shops and some of the nicest streets in Parma. It has everything you need and the bed is super comfortable. The only downside that really only applies to people traveling alone with heavy luggage (like me), is that there is a staircase you need to climb up in order to reach the apartment. Besides that, everything was amazing!

A really great spot in the historic area, easily walkable into the hustle and bustle whilst being out of the way and quiet. The place itself is great-felt very much at home and relaxed! Exactly what we needed Be aware, as it’s in the historic area (which is ZTL) you usually can’t drive right up to the property, but Silvia was very helpful in finding nearby parking. Silvia also offered her local insight and advice for places to eat and visit which was great. Would definitely recommend, and we’ll be back if we visit again!

The apartment is in a perfect location in Modena, a short walk to most of the city. Everything was as described and the apartment had everything one could need. It was a great place to stay, even for an extended period of time.
