The apartment is located in San Paolo, one of the most characteristic and naturalistic areas of Ragusa Ibla, characterized by small steps that rise up the hill, some waterfalls and a big rock of white stone overlooking the foreshortening. Residenze San Paolo is really easy to reach, it is located at the entrance of Ibla, close to the comunal Parking and the center is easily accessible on feet. House description: On the ground floor there is the entrance and the first double bedroom with bathroom and shower ensuite. On the first floor is located the second room, which can act both as a living room or 2 ° bedroom thanks to a convertible sofa, with adjoining bathroom and shower. Finally, also on the first floor there are the dining room and the kitchen, in country style and equipped with stove, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. All rooms are air conditioned with inverters and two bedrooms are equipped with usb television.

I had a fantastic stay at the apartment in Santa Maria del Focallo. The hosts were absolutely lovely—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. They greeted us with ice cream, water, and even a bottle of champagne, which was such a warm and unexpected gesture. The apartment itself was very clean, well-maintained, and had a wonderful atmosphere that made us feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’d love to come back in the future!

Sea inside house

We thought the location was great: the beach is across the street - that was just fine with the dog. The ice cream parlor with very good offer right under the apartment always helped us with a good ball of ice cream. In summer maybe a bit noisy ... but during the week at 10pm and at midnight on Saturdays. In front of the house on the street it was never difficult to find a parking space and at least this time of year parking was free. The apartment building is new and the apartment is well laid out. There's everything you need. The landlords are professionals and Maria, who looked after us, was very nice, flexible and easily accessible. The town is bigger than you think and you can always walk along the beach in both directions for about 1 hour(east to the harbor) and to the west.

Very bright three-room seafront apartment

We had a great time at Mrs. Franca's house! A stone's throw from the waterfront, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with everything you need to fully enjoy it: full and large bathroom, with washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (used a lot), very well functioning air conditioning in every room, additional fan, beach chairs available to guests. We took advantage of the option to have a camp bed for our son and we really appreciated that it was equipped with an additional real mattress (in addition to the one supplied which is low, rigid and completely synthetic). Quick and easy communication: we needed to contact Franca a couple of times and everything went smoothly. Absolutely positive experience and to be repeated! Thanks so much for everything!
