We also share our passive cooling technique during the warmer months with our guests.

Waterfront home with private dock on the Hudson river. Great for outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, swimming, tubing, boating or just relaxing. Lake George and Saratoga are both very close by. Our home is sure to impress with plenty of room. Rain or shine you can enjoy the waterfront on either of the enclosed porches. Enjoy the sunrise while never leaving your master suite. Beautiful indoor fireplace to warm up to on a chilly day. We have two kayaks you are welcome to enjoy.

This is the place for a wonderful, relaxing retreat. You’ll be pleasantly surprised when you open the door to your stay. It’s beautiful Adirondack decor is very welcoming and you will be very impressed with the sparkling cleanliness of this stay. Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with WIFI, ATT and Verizon cell service. We have a full house generator, mini split for air conditioning, deck area, a grill, and an area with a fire pit all with the river and mountain view’s. Boat parking!

Indoor Heated Pool in the Adirondacks

Year round indoor pool house that is 2000 square feet located in the lower adirondacks. There are several outdoor activities to do in the area...fishing, boating, hiking, kayaking, snowmobiling,cross country skiing & restaurants. Summer Bookings, we only accept 6 night stays aligned with “Cooperstown Dreams Park” schedule, see their site for the schedule. If you’re going to “Allstar Village” their schedule does not align with this. The 2026 season is 5/31-8/23/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. Cool country home, Linda’s Studio

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.
