From C&A: This Airbnb truly felt like a home away from home! The space was incredibly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared. There are two private patios in the front and back of the home. She even had some beverages and water available upon arrival, which was such a welcoming touch. Everything wasn’t too far away from downtown or the airport. There’s also a grocery store and some fast food nearby when you get hungry for a quick and easy meal. Communication was easy. Ms. Donna was quick to respond and helpful with any questions. Our favorite parts of the space were the yellow accent colors throughout the house as well as the beautiful paintings. We would absolutely stay here again! Stop scrolling and book it now. You won’t be disappointed! We will definitely make more time next time to enjoy the space. Thank you for your hospitality Ms. Donna!

House was very clean and in a fantastic location. Super convenient that beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. were provided along with a cart to transport. Access in and out of home was easy and garage parking was a bonus. Beds were super comfortable as well. Overall great stay and we would do it again!

This apartment is in a great location with views of the ocean. It is a short walk to restaurants and bars in Ocean Beach. Also a short drive to local attractions like San Diego Zoo, Point Loma and La Jolla, which were our highlights. Steffanie was very responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay.

Patricia’s place is perfect and matched the listing. It’s very quiet and comfortable.

Jim’s place was very close to legoland (10 min drive) which made it easy to travel back and forth with a toddler. It is very family friendly and included a pack and play, books, high chair booster seat, sand toys etc. The proximity to the beach was also great! Finally, Jim even allowed us an early check in to squeeze in my toddler’s afternoon nap. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely time celebrating graduation and Father’s Day at Teresa‘s AirBnb! It was very spacious, had a full kitchen, and all the amenities we needed for the perfect visit. The location is perfect, with plenty of places to dine & shop! And Teresa was very quick in responding to messages! We can’t thank her enough for being the perfect host!!

Lori’s apartment was perfect for our stay. We were a family of four tall adults and we were comfortable there. Good beds, linen, towels, heating/cooling, and other amenities. Ocean beach is a cool and calm area (unlike, say, Pacific Beach), yet had good restaurants you could walk to, the beach itself was nice and happening, etc. Good vibes. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we visit San Diego.

This place was exactly what we needed for our family’s first trip to San Diego! We had 7 adults and one baby and this was a perfect set up for us! The amenities and ability to walk to the beach, town, and pickle ball courts made our stay memorable. Would stay again! So safe and such a responsive host. Thank you!!! :)

My sister and I became new moms in the same year, which means family vacations now include 3 babies under 2 (yes, twins) — and a whole new level of planning and anxiety. Finding a place that can accommodate little ones hasn’t been easy…until Sand and Sauna! This Airbnb was nothing short of perfect. The home was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated to comfortably fit our multigenerational group, with activities and nearby bars and restaurants that even our not-so-little kids could enjoy (aka husbands/uncles). Bonus points for the arcade game! The location was ideal for our slow, baby-led mornings, with great breakfast and coffee spots just a short stroller walk away. The house was also easy to find and access, which made arrival/departure stress-free. Our host went above and beyond with communication, making us feel welcomed and supported throughout our stay. Traveling as a new mom is rarely relaxing, but this trip felt easy. We’re grateful for this space and hope to be back!

This is a very spacious, tastefully appointed condo in a nice oceanfront complex. The kids spent hours in the heated pool and the beach accessories (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, towels, etc) made days at the beach a breeze!

We had a fantastic stay at the property. The place is as described and definitely was above our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed a couple of evenings sitting out in the patio overlooking the ocean. Overall a well kept place - that’s clean, functional and has amazing views. The property management was prompt and clear on their instructions. Thank you for a great experience staying at the property!

This was a wonderful location for an easy family vacation. The kids could independently walk around, play tennis, and get in and out of the condo. They loved the loft, and there were plenty of supplies to enjoy the surrounding area. We used the boogie board and enjoyed the beach. We also walked the city and found great coffee, smoothies, meals and bike rentals. Groceries were convenient and there wasn’t much traffic anywhere. The nearby beach cities are easy to get to also, great place to stay for Del Mar racetrack also! The home was clean, all the A/C units worked beautifully, the laundry & other appliances were clean and worked well. Plenty of dishes, glasses, mugs, Tupperware for leftovers, and ziplock bags too. Kristi’s was great, and super attentive, however l, everything was so well thought out that we had no reason to get in contact all week. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

My father and husband have been battling cancer for the last four years, and this trip was particularly special for them. They were able to enjoy the comfort of a home away from home while visiting our oldest son and celebrating Father's Day. The place was wonderful, and we can't wait to book again—possibly both units if they are available for our extended family.

It was clean, beautiful, and as described. Walking distance to the surrounding was a plus, with a secure parking space to avoid downtown. They have clear instructions for directions and parking. The space was modern and simply elegant!

Beautiful ocean view on top of the cliffs. Easy walk to many restaurants and to the beach. The house is stocked with everything you need. I would definitely recommend.

Jennifer's home is clean, well organized and has amenities galore! The kitchen/family area has everything you need to enjoy a full meal for a large family; with windows and doors open to the ocean air while watching a movie on the big screen tv and playing cards at the table, it was perfect for us! I personally chose to sleep in the upstairs loft, there are windows on three opposing walls and the cross breeze at night was pleasant. The bathroom had good natural lighting, which I appreciate. All the rooms feel private even though you are in a tight urban area, and the varied ambient lighting throughout was a nice touch you don't often see. The location is superb; we were regulars at Better Buzz and took the beach chairs three blocks to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The recently renovated The Hub store was great for picking up drinks and other cooking essentials. We rode the bikes to City Tacos for a tasty taco meal and to Hideaway for a delicious post graduation celebratory brunch.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Liz was super responsive and provided a lot of great details and information to ensure a seamless check-in and check out experience. There were games and activities for the kids, snacks and bottled water, and additional things like small sunscreens and toiletries which was such a nice touch. Highly recommend this home for a family vacation in Carlsbad.

We felt very comfortable. The furnishings are top modern, and everything worked perfectly. Short distance to the Beach, to great Restaurants and to the Supermarkets.

We had a magical week at Morgan's place. The location was dreamy, access to the beach was unmatched (coolest sunset views), the property peaceful and clean. The home itself is super cool with the bathrooms and bedrooms plus the loft space to work. The fridge and dining room was super spacious. Morgan was the kindest and most communicative host. We were sad to leave and can't wait to return!

Great stay in sunny Oceanside California so much to do around the area we thought we would have to make the trek to San Diego to find good night life. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that was not the case. So many good walkable restaurants bars and nightlife. Completely stocked convenience store 7 min walk from the location. Beach was quite literally a block from the home. With great views of the ocean from the TWO balconies. The downtown area had so many great coffee shops and quaint shops. Also the place was immaculately clean. Very pleasant no odd smells. Awesome beach chairs and towels and a convenient rolling cooler. Even though you were so close to everything you still felt comfortable/peaceful and far enough that there’s no noise at all at night. Can’t say enough good about this place!
