Magnific, luxurious, modern, large and airy 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms with airco in all rooms and living area. The villa is directly on the ocean on playa lechi. Located at a 10 min.walking distance from central town . Do yourself a favour and rent this Villa. It's been on the rental market for 12 years & we've got all 5 stars reviews. Chill villa; private pool lovely garden near beach

I like offer my villa for a couple of months a year while traveling. The villa is well maintained, has a big private pool! It's great to relax on the big porch watching the tropical garden, with the tropical trade wind providing a cool breeze. On some reviews you'll find our cats and chicken. They are not present anymore. Luckely the tropical birds are still here!
