We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful beachfront apartment in San Juan del Sur! The views were breathtaking—waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony was pure magic. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was **exceptionally well-equipped** (a huge plus for us since we love cooking), and the modern amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. The AC worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the bed was super comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and the vibrant town of San Juan del Sur. Whether you want to relax by the ocean or explore the area, this is the perfect home base. The host was also fantastic—responsive, helpful, and provided great local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. **Highly recommend**

This was my second stay in this house. Herling and Edison are very good hosts. There is just about everything you could need in the home. It is very well appointed and supplied. Herling is very responsive if there is ever any need to reach out to her. The house is very secure and there is so much stuff within a short walking distance. This is a great find and offers much that other places do not. Should the need arise I will certainly stay here again. Reach out to the hosts and enjoy a nice stay.

This is the best beach house I've ever stayed in. The view is spectacular, the house is big and spacious, great for large groups and the price is extremely reasonable for the amount of people you can fit. Recommended 100% and I'll definitely be back here in the future.

We’ve stayed at many houses in Hacienda Iguana and this house was by far our favorite. It’s got an amazing layout and gorgeous furniture + comfortable beds. But I’ll always remember the spectacular wrap around screened in porches on both levels. We stayed with our 4 month old and it was so beautiful to give him his midnight bottle in an Adirondack rocking chair on the screened in patio off the main bedroom…precious ‘new mom moments’ under the moon, stars, with the sound of the ocean (you can hear the waves at Panga Drops surf break). The property is located directly across the dirt road from the most secluded part of the beach. We had gorgeous evening walks at low tide sunset and came home to cook dinners in the well appointed kitchen. We had coffee by the crystal clear pool in the mornings and really enjoyed being walkable to Rancho Santanas Taqueria + the cute restaurants in Iguana. Bonus: we decided to elope! Mario is a great host! From the beginning he was very responsive. He communicated very clear. The place was as described. It is very comfortable and easy to get to. I will stay here again.

Stayed here with my boyfriend and 17 month old daughter. The pack and play worked out great for her, the A/C was nice and cold and the hot water felt great. Would recommend to anyone traveling with infants.

Great stay! Central location from main square. Everything was clean and amenities were as described. Heydi was also very responsive!

I loved my stay the place is great. The balcony gives a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunset is breathtaking. The spot is perfect for surfing and enjoying the beach and pool to the fullest. To get to the village it is best to rent a small bicycle, motorbike or golf kart! For sure, I'll be back next year!

This apartment was absolutely amazing, it's looks even better in real life than on photos. Flat is big and cozy, beds are comfortable, water pressure in shower was also great. Wifi worked well. Living room and master bedroom are facing the road, which is loud if you have open windows. With windows closed no problems at all, didn't disturb our sleep. Pool outside is small (more like for cooling than for actual swimming). The condo area is clean and well maintained, also parking available. The only problem we had were the ants - they were consistently appearing in the living room, despite using Raid and cleaning up the dishes once used. I know it's pretty common in warm countries, so wasn't a big deal. But I hope host will find a solution for that (note: the apartment was very clean, so it's not about dirt). Benjamin is very friendly and helpful host. I would definitely stay here again!

Yhe apartment was nice and we enjoyed our visit. Walking distance to coffee and a restaurant as well as all the choices in the very close Galleria Mall. However the beds are noisey and hard. And the Gym did not have great equipment. Other than that no complaints.

I love it when I can walk a mile on a beach and generally see no more than 3 dozen people the whole time. There were always surfers enjoying the great waves and the water is never calm which meant I felt better in the pool. There were several restaurants which made it nice for night dining. There's a 9 hole golf course and once you pay for 9 you can play as many holes as you want. It was always possible to go to the office with a question or text them and they were responsive.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Tom is an amazing host. If we could, we would have given this stay a 6/5 rating. Above and beyond all around. Definitely check this place out! We will be coming back as soon and often as we can.

The only complaint we had about this lovely place was the bed was terribly uncomfortable. We love soft and more cushy beds. We used the cushions off the couch to help, so it was very convenient that those were mobile.
