Perfect stay. Nara is a great and very friendly host. The location is perfect, the style of the house is wonderful and makes us forget sometimes that we are in SP. lol Absolutely everything in the house is very clean and impeccable. The house is super airy and nice to stay in. Kitchen with everything we need. Very quiet neighborhood. I definitely recommend it a lot!! Anyone who stays will like it a lot!

Very spacious and quiet farm. The house has a lot of amenities. Very cozy. The location is a little difficult, be careful, I entered a dirt road at night, if my car was not 4x4 I would have gotten stuck, because I missed the road. There's nothing nearby, you have to take a car for everything, but it's worth it for the house pelancasa

Perfect from beginning to end. The house is delightful, cozy, and exactly as described. Communication was smooth and effective the whole time. The location of the house is a gem. Last but not least, it was very nice to interact with the two dogs in the house, Coffee and Cinnamon. :)) I highly recommend it.

Perfect stay, communication with Alexandre is great, great host The house is rustic, I really liked the decor, it has a delicious wooded backyard where we ate our meals. It is airy, well lit nor does it look like it is in such a central region of SP. We were 7 guests and has a good place to stay for everyone Cleaning note 10. I highly recommend it!

The place is beautiful and very cozy. Marcia was a great host and promptly responded to me when I asked for help. My family and I rested and felt very much at home.

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

Very comfortable apartment, clean, kitchen with great facilities, new appliances. Very functional. New and well-maintained building. Very tasteful apartment decoration. Garage with good parking spaces and easy to maneuver. 24 hours gatehouse. It was an excellent stay. Repetiaria for sure.

Great apartment, central & very walkable. The market is literally downstairs. The front desk people -at check in and during our week stay -are kind helpful & very friendly people. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen and good shower. We truly enjoyed!

It was a beautiful upscale, secure apartment, with a gorgeous view. The location is great, close to many restaurants and bars. It was a bit smaller than expected. But that could have been may fault for not looking at the listing closely enough.

My stay was excellent! The suite perfectly matches the photos: minimalist, cozy and tastefully decorated. The daily cleaning was impeccable, and the breakfast — served in the adjoining restaurant — is plentiful and tasty, a real bonus to start the day well. The location is strategic, with easy access to great restaurants, shops and tourist spots. The host was exceptional: attentive, responsive, and always ready to help with kindness. Check-in was simple and communication was uncomplicated from start to finish. Highlight the incredibly comfortable bed and the little treats that make all the difference — coffee capsules, chocolates and cookies selected with care. I recommend it without hesitation!

The apartment is excellent, well-equipped, super clean and well-decorated. I loved staying there … the garage is excellent and in the surroundings we have access to restaurants, produce and shopping.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this apartment and will surely book it again! The apartment is as described and located in a nice condo building, with security and great facilities like gym, rooftop, lounge and laundry. The apartment has all the basic things one may need and is close to almost everything! Mini-grocery is right at the front of the building and very close to train station. Ubers are quick to come by as well. I like that the apartment has a balcony too! Close to bars and restaurants too. Security in the building is superb! Most of all, I appreciate Rodrigo's kindness, hospitality and responsiveness. He made my stay really welcoming and was always there for questions. Very flexible and understanding and he gave clear instructions. I was happy to have met him personally even at the last day (thanks for the gift)! I can't wait to come visit SP and book this place again for sure.

The best apartment I've ever stayed in in São Paulo - I'm a nomad and I know dozens. It is beautiful, well decorated, well structured and with a wonderful silence.. Everything you need is on the street itself or nearby, very close to the subway if you need it or other more upscale areas for luxury malls and trendy restaurants. I'll definitely be back! It was amazing.

The cabin itself is a true retreat, with rustic and cozy decor that made us feel connected to nature. The cleanliness and organization of the space are impeccable, which allowed us to relax and make the most of our stay. The owners are truly caring and attentive, always willing to help with anything we need. The cabin is great, well-equipped and with all the necessary utensils for the stay. It is surrounded by nature. In short, our experience was amazing and we will be back soon!

Wonderful place, very attentive hosts. I took a few days with my husband and I already gave my parents a present too. And I will definitely come back again.

The cabin is cozy, clean and well thought out to welcome/host in many details. It has plenty of privacy, very quiet to actually rest! The parking place is outside the property, on the street, which is also very quiet.

Our stay was great. Maria Augusta was very helpful, gave us clear information and welcomed us very well in her charming and welcoming space.
