Sobraaaaang unexpected na ang ganda ng room. win pocket. :) next time I go to stay again. clean and still have a kitchen. salamaaaat kapitana.

The place was very spacious and the host was very kind. It was a last minute booking because we had an issue with the ferry schedule but Mr. Juancho and family were still able to accommodate us right away.

Place was clean and as advertised. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, except for a strong wi-fi connection and a tv (lack of which is totally okay if you’re with friends so we weren’t bothered much by this). Host was responsive and extremely helpful. We barely had any trouble with self check-in and check-out as all instructions were very clear. Private transportation would be better for the place, although its still accessible via public trikes. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Butuan! 💓

This is the 3rd time I've stayed here and I'll be back, again. The apartment is conveniently located: 8 minute walk to the new public market; 11 minute walk to the ferry terminal; 4 blocks to downtown and jeep transport to the airport or bus terminal (11 minute ride). The apartment is well equipped for cooking. Hot water shower; TV with Netflix and YouTube; speedy wifi with lots of bandwidth. The traffic can be a bit noisy during the daytime because of the school nearly across the street but the nighttime noise is almost non-existent. Mike is a great host, communicates quickly. The caretaker is friendly and most helpful. That's why I keep coming back.

Airbnb in great location and a complete kitchen. We will definitely book with Ate Leah again when we go back to the Island. They have a resident house cat whom we named Oscar. Oscar is very welcoming as well! He made the place even more homey ❤️

I felt very warmly welcomed. Donior and his family did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. I especially appreciated Emily's food. They supported me in all my undertakings and also provided me with a scooter when necessary. That is really not a matter of course. The only minus point was the poor internet. But that was mainly due to the bad weather. I will be very happy to come back.

The place infrastructure is simple but get the job done. The coolest thing is the location. The beach is their front yard.

The place was exactly as described. Great space and comfortable amenities. Loved that they allow dogs. I will definitely be stay here in the future as a visit more often

We rented the Butterfly House only for one Night to celebrate our friends Birthday there and it was wonderful! There is a nice beautiful garden just in front of the veranda, a bunch of hammocks all over the place, a clean and nice kitchen and a proper Bathroom with a hot shower. The Beds were really comfy and we were surprised how many Beds there are! It is perfect for a big group and the price is really cheap for what you get. The area around the House (Santa Fe) is really quiet and relaxed, but there still are some stores so you can find everything you need just down the street. The owner and the caretaker were super friendly and always responded really quickly to our questions and gave us some good tips! So all in all we really loved the place and can only recommend it! Oh and there is a lot of nice butterfly’s flying around in the garden, so the house really deserves the name ;)

Thank you Darl, You provided me with a clean and trouble free stay, even when I booked at short notice. As Darl goes on her Airbnb journey, I can confirm she is doing things the best way. This is a nice and very cheap stay, so it's not a hotel, but it's comfortable, cool and quiet. As in all province's in the Philippines, there are dogs and Chickens about, but no issue for me. Juvy and her husband were quintessential hosts for our group of Americans and Filipinas from the mining industry. Our fully stocked beach house greeted us with freshly laid eggs and homemade bread from their farm to table homestead. The remote oceanfront location was pure paradise for quiet solitude yet close to town for easy access to groceries and restaurants. We enjoyed ongoing communication with Juvy, who accommodated our every need. She offered personal tours and made recommendations for local sightseeing and eateries. An amazing experience even for well-traveled adventurers. Five + stars!

Not much to say that isn't covered. As described, great stay comfortable, great location to malls and restaurants, bus terminal not far away for travel. easy access for jeepneys, laundry, stores. only had a few minor issues that were quickly handled by her cohost. my one major issue with this is likely to not be an issue moving forward. Idid a long term stay and there was no storage for my clothing, I lived out of my suitcase, was one broken dresser that stored change of linens. however last few days I was there they asked if they could take measurements for installing some cabinets in the bedrooms for storage so if their installed, point is moot. Price was slightly high for the house, but barely so in my opinion until you factor in location, making it well worth the price. Host was very responsive on the few occasions I had to reach out.

We had a great time staying here! The listing was exactly as described, and the service exceeded our expectations. The hosts even arranged for a car to pick us up and drop us off, which was a nice touch. The location is excellent, close to everything you need in town.
