Love the place! It’s really nice inside. And everything I needed was there. I love that right beside the unit there’s a store with the basics that you need. May was extra helpful and addressed the wifi situation smoothly. Would love to be back soon. Highly recommended from a superhost! :)

My fiancé and I stayed in this beautiful villa for 10 nights while in Siargao. As soon as you walk in, you are blown away by the beauty of the villa and the nature that surrounds it. It is truly a touch of heaven on earth. Michael and his team were outstanding. Always so kind, friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Siargao! <3

This place is idyllic. The surf break is just outside the front gate, two clean, private outdoor areas for us to enjoy morning coffee or dinner from the two restaurants nearby. A nice surprise was the 24/7 co-working space I used to take meetings while everyone slept. There’s a beautiful coffee/tattoo shop less than three minutes walk (next to Alter Space) and a market equidistant in the opposite direction. Ate Dayday was around if we needed anything and we felt right at home. 10/10 would recommend and plan on staying here again.

me and my fiancee used to rent a place in camella so this was an easy choice for us. the host was very accommodating as we requested an early check in and they allowed us to check in hours early. there was some issues with the wifi and they quickly addressed them and got us back online. a hot shower is always nice treat. water pressure was good and we never ran out of water. would definitely stay again and would recommend. thanks for being a great host.

It was great, inside the city lng and you can just walk to convenience store and malls, the house has clean rooms and it can accomodate my big family

As advertised and then some!! Beautiful spot...close to everything convenient and the beach while also maintaining great privacy. Cecile was super responsive. Additionally, local caretaker Henrylyn was always available to help. Mom and Dad kept the house tidy and always respected our privacy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great space to relax, cook and enjoy a perfect beach just steps away.

We had a wonderful stay here! We were a multi family/multigenerational group of 7 so it was nice to have multiple rooms for everyone to have their own space. The staff at the mahogany house were very accommodating and helpful and Jens was always responsive online and checking in on us! The outdoor shower is also a nice touch to have after spending a day on the water before heading inside. The only issue we had during our time here were with the electricity/AC, and the staff were able to assist us in a reasonable amount of time each time we had an issue, even after hours. The AC unit in the room with double beds is different from the other 2 rooms and sometimes stopped working for us, but was easily fixed by the staff.

We felt cozy the moment we arrived at the place. It’s very close to key establishments and offers good parking space. The host was highly responsive, and the price was definitely worth it. We’ll definitely book again when we visit Butuan.

I had a wonderful stay at Ram's place! The location was perfect, and the property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Communication with the host was seamless—Ram was very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a cozy, hassle-free experience!

Overall, great stay. The wins: Good wifi, central location, responsive host (Jay was always available and responsive), good a/c, hot water, water dispenser and the place looked exactly like the photos. There were some small aspects that could have be improved but overall, both Dennis and Jay were great hosts and I enjoyed my stay. Thanks!

Great find, wonderful stay with family. Centrally located, very near halika, walking distance to main tourism road places. Despite being bets to busy tourism road, the place was peacefully quiet. Wonderful kitchen amenities, very cold aircon in the living room and bedrooms, keypad access to main door streetside, then keyed entrance to the living room. The place is on the 2nd floor and would allow you to exercise bringing your luggage up. Right below the air bnb is the wonderful green wave cafe, a convenience store and boutique store. Just besides is a cellphone accessories & repair shop and another boutique. Across the street are a couple of spa and nail salon. A short 3 minute walk to where pan de coco and pan de surf is sold, the Catholic Church and other eating places/grocery stores. Con is the absence of doors to the toilet/bathroom, but can be an opportunity to bring the family closer!

We had a wonderful week in the studio on Siargao! The accommodation was super clean, very well equipped and lovingly furnished – you immediately feel comfortable. We especially loved the balcony. The location is pleasantly quiet, but at the same time perfect to explore the beaches or other beautiful corners of the island with the scooter General Luna. The transfer from the airport can be easily arranged via the accommodation – everything worked smoothly. Overall, a very cozy and thoughtful place to relax and as a starting point for adventures on the island. Clear recommendation – we'd come back anytime!

Thank you for the wonderful stay! The room was spacious and having a fully functional kitchen made things super convenient. We had a few work-from-home days during our trip, and the internet connection was stable, which we really appreciated. Big thanks to Mira for being so responsive to all our questions, and to Ate Roda as well—she was very helpful. We borrowed a walis tambo and a basin, and she brought them to our door right away. Just a small note: I’m a bit sensitive to dust, and the fan had a bit of buildup. But aside from that, everything was perfect. After all our Siargao adventures, it was the ideal place to relax and recharge. Thanks again! 😊

The place is clean and well organized. Definitely one of the best place to stay here in Butuan city. The host is also very responsive.

A great place!! We stayed there for a week and a half and was absolutely loved the place! Each room has a living room and a tv with Netflix and a table, big comfortable bed and hot water in the shower! They helped us with what we needed and we recommend this place if you want to be just close to the Main Street but in a quiet place!

This is a great place to stay! 1. Jocelyn, the caretaker is super kind and helpful + the owner communicates really well 2. the accommodation is BIG and comfortable and well equipped - a real home 3. the location is very convenient for the main city centre, the mall and the airport, but also easy to get out of the city
