Not only is the apartment well furnished, but it was clean when we arrive. James is very communicative, friendly, helpful in giving tips on what to do, where to go, contacts if needed. If you would like to learn about coffee, I highly recommend James and his coffee export venture! He connected us with a local private driver who took us everywhere we needed when we needed. Through her we were able to find another trusted private driver for our group of 6 (3 in each vehicle). The driver recommendation by James made our trip so much better. I will stay at James's apartment every time I bring my family to Pitalito from Iowa, use the services of his recommended drivers as well. 100% RECOMMENDABLE.

Excellent stay at Alejandra's place. The apartment has everything you need for a long, medium or short stay. With my wife we stayed for a week and it was perfect. Alejandra always answers any doubt with great kindness, I really recommend it.

Excellent place, highly recommended, some minimal suggestions that I made to the host but they are from any place I could have gone. But very friendly, I had a problem checking in but the host solved it for me, very empathetic. I really recommend them. Everything is very nice, cozy, private and the cup has a good view.

Amparo and Ariel are the best hosts we have had, authentic and genuinely good people, always willing to help, Ariel dedicated a day to help us with a mechanical problem of the car on a holiday and Mrs. Amparo became friends with my grandmother and my mother-in-law. An excellent place to share with the family and get to know Huila. A midpoint between Garzon, Neiva, El Desierto, Gigante, a very good location and a less hot climate than in Neiva

We stayed a few days at Oscar's place, everything was very good, the stay is very good, exceeding expectations. Getting there is a little complicated, it is removed from the center and the roads are not always in the best conditions, but it is close to natural trails and ecotourism spaces, the tours do well by car with the help of a navigation system (e.g.: Waze). Everything else 10/20. We hope to return in the future.

Ernesto was very attentive from the beginning to give us all the access information and to visit some of the tourist attractions in the area. Clear instructions and the place is very well equipped and comfortable. Highly recommended for a small family of 4 like mine.

An accessible place, a 5-minute walk from the San Pedro Plaza shopping mall. 5-star rating because there are few accommodations in Neiva that offer air conditioning even in the TV room. You won't have any problems communicating with the owner, she's always attentive!

A spectacular apartment, very comfortable, spacious, the area is very nice, 2 shopping centers, very quiet, we felt super comfortable in the stay, Miguel was always in touch , very friendly. Hopefully back to the next San Pedro
