The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder in the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is well-suited for winter stays. With this renovated and charming summerhouse, you get one of Bornholm's finest sea and forest views. You live with your own exit to the forest and overlooking the most beautiful sunset over the sea. You can also see Hammershus from the house. The wood decks around the house allow you to find space in the sun at all times of the day. When you open the wide double doors, the terrace becomes part of the living room. The light, the water, the forest and the hilly nature are absolutely magical on this part of Bornholm's north coast.

Only 5 km from Helsingør with, among other things, Kronborg Castle, ferry to Sweden and in the summer half year also to Hven. Train station just 500 m away by train to Copenhagen every 15 min, takes only 35 min. Closest mini supermarket 200 m. There are 4 bikes available.

Large family friendly villa close to Copenhagen

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. Welcome to our house built in 1914, it is 340kvm and a perfect house for a family and friends gathering. We have a big garden and barbecue area and 400 m. down to the seashore. Approx. 7 min. walk to the train station and 15 min by train up to Copenhagen city center. The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite) and one toilet. In two of the bedrooms we have 180x200cm beds and the rest has 140x200cm beds. We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share.
