Nyd en skøn ferie i vores hyggelige sommerhus kun 400 meter fra Dronningmølle strand, som er en vidunderlig lang, familievenlig badestrand. På husets 70 m2 store træterrasse, er der sol fra morgen til aften. Haven er aflukket og privat og har en dejlig græsplæne med plads til havebadminton eller bordtennis. Huset ligger ideelt mellem kystbyerne Hornbæk og Gilleleje, som byder på hyggelige restauranter, cafeer, food market, butikker, isboder, minigolf, fiskeforretninger på havnen og meget mere.

Slap af i dette hyggelige sommerhus, kun 300 meter fra en fantastisk strand. Huset har indhegnet have med terrasser mod syd, øst og vest. Der er også skov tæt på samt Solrød Centret med butikker og caféer samt station med hurtigt tog til København. Der er cykelrute hele vejen ind til København. Parkering har plads til flere biler og campingvogn. You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Husets navn er lidt misvisende, for fra det store køkken alrum er der ikke kun søglimt, men derimod 180 gr. fuld panoramaudsigt over Østersøen. Her kan du sidde med et køligt glas hvidvin eller en lækker kop kaffe og holde øje med børnene som bader fra klipperne, eller blot nyde lyden og synet af bølgeskvulp og studere skibene som flyder langsomt forbi.
