The bare essentials but you will be spending most of your vacation outside on the beach, exploring Stone Harbor, or outside crabbing and paddle boarding during high tide. During low tide, enjoy being surrounded by the wetlands habitat. $195 per night.(NO cleaning fee) FIRST floor unit. Stone Harbor Blvd is a 35 mph road which leads into Stone Harbor. Please read below about the tide(see pics of low tide) coming in and out 2x’s a day.

Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Just steps from the Delaware Bay beach. View sunsets every night from your second floor deck. Built in 2024 enjoy our new two bedroom, one bathroom, open concept living room/kitchen/dining apartment. Located 15 minutes from Cape May & Wildwood. Plenty of Wineries and Breweries within 10 miles. We are located on the “Flats,” when the tide goes out it leaves pools of water for many birds fish. We are not able to host service dogs, our dog is not dog friendly. We are smoke free.
