Vacation rentals with a sauna in Cape Fear River

Loved our stay! Looks exactly like the photos and the instructions were easy. Very clean. Convenient to majority of things. Michelle was extremely accommodating in the day of check out which we appreciate so much. It made our trip home even easier. We definitely will be back! 💛

This condo was perfect for what we needed as a family of 4. Two young children who loved having bunk beds. We loved having two full baths as well for those after beach days. Having a washer / dryer in unit is very helpful as well. Anytime I messaged Cindy with a question so was quick to reply. We would stay here again!

Was promised beach and awesome location and beach was what we got! Awesome sunrises, great views! We watched dolphins frolic in the surf. The home was away from noise and hustle and bustle. There were beach chairs, kites, some beach toys. It was what we needed!

Our family of 4 with two teens, had a great stay! Being steps away from the beach was the main reason we chose their home and it was the perfect walking distance. I did like the view from the 5th floor, only downside was the elevator working twice during our stay. We arrived later than planned and having to lug our luggage up 5 flights of stairs was not the best. The neighbors we met that stay in the building were super nice. Having beach chairs and games provided was a pro. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this place in mind for our Myrtle Beach trips.

This is a great place to stay. It met my top 5. Safe, clean, affordable, beachfront access, and relaxing. I hope to stay here again.

We had a great experience staying at Ged & Danielle’s. The waterpark onsite was perfect for our five year old and being so close to the beach was incredibly convenient. The space was clean and perfect for our stay.

This place was very clean, smelled clean too, perfect for a big family. Host is quickly responsive. Loved the cookware she has. This place makes you feel right at home! I will be booking here again. Our kids even loved it!

A great place to stay when visiting Sunset Beach. Top floor of the building, so very quiet. Access to beach chairs and Sea Trail parking lot was a plus! Unit is nicely decorated, kitchen has lots of items, and washer and dryer is also nice to have! This place had everything we needed for our getaway to the beach and the host was very easy to communicate with, helpful, and quick to respond! Incredibly clean unit and nest thermostat (plus lots of ceiling fans!) helped keep things cool. A wonderful stay, overall!

We rented this same condo last year and knew it would be our first choice to stay again. The condo is so nice and modern and feels so comfortable to lounge around inside, cook, enjoy the balcony, etc. The resort itself also has a great outdoor pool as well as indoor and a Waterpark area near the middle of the grounds. Everything is within walking distance and make the trip more enjoyable.

Our stay at Randy's place was wonderful. Our accommodations were even better than described. The check-in and check-out process was so easy and simple, no need to communicate with the Reception Desk or any third party. Food was delicious at the on-site restaurant. We would definitely stay again at this location. Communication was on target, and responses were quick. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for myself and my kids. The hosts were wonderful and quickly answered my question about how to work the dishwasher (user error on my part!) The condo was beautiful and it a great location with pool right outside and beach across the street! Will def be back!

Beautiful condo! Very comfortable and spacious! It has 3 bedrooms. Two of them have en suite bathrooms plus there is a third bathroom. Large balcony with very nice outdoor furniture. Great location. We had a few maintenance mishaps which was taken care of quickly. I look forward to going back! Thanks for your hospitality!

We had an awesome stay at the Blue Pearl! The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful & the beach is easily accessible. Short walk or drive to local restaurants yet peaceful as it is about 10 minutes from downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

We LOVED our stay! House was beautiful, beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen, paid extra for the heated pool (would do that again), host was super responsive (always helping us answer questions about dining choices,etc.). The walk to the resort was short but the shuttle was an excellent service as well! The beach was just a few steps from the resort. Pool area had numerous pools for all ages which would be great for large families! Mark sent great instructions prior and we appreciated so much his dining recommendations! It was our first time in the area so it was nice to not have to think about where to go! We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Brian's condo. Just steps away from the beach, gorgeous views and right by a pool. Easy access to elevator via a few steps, carts for heavy luggage. The balcony was inviting and the views stretched for miles. Full kitchen for families who want to cook, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Brian was a gracious host, communication was friendly and super responsive.

I stay at Air BBs ALL THE TIME with my family and this one is great. The house is older but clean and nicely furnished. The area is quiet with lots of trees surrounding property and a long driveway to keep street noise away. The beds are comfortable too which is always a plus. We had a couple hiccups but host was very responsive and resolved them as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend the home if you need a place in Apex. It was close to Middle Creek HS, a walking trail and 25 minute drive to downtown Raleigh.

Beautiful space, nice and cool in the hot temps. Easy to get around and tons of things to do in the area. Lots of beach toys and stuff for the kids.

The house was great, and the backyard was very great for our dogs! The inside is exactly what you view on the website. It was conveniently located for what we needed. The "Key" question is, "Would I consider this house/service again" and the answer is a positive, YES!"

We came for a comedy show at the Lenovo center. The area of Liz’s place is close to everything within 20 minutes of most stuff you would be doing in Raleigh. House was clean and back yard was amazing my friends and I really enjoyed this stay would definitely recommend.

Came down for a golf trip with 10 of us staying at the house and it was perfect. Pool was a nice touch and it was like a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive down to marshwalk for dinner. Great location and Terra was a great responsive host.
