North Falmouth Suite 'downstairs suite'

This gueen-bed suite has a private entrance, a living room with wifi/tv, and a small, private bath, on a beautifully maintained property on 28A in N. Falmouth. Enjoy easy access to beaches & the bike path is across the street. The suite is priced based on two people, additional people - older kids, friends, are $40/night more; two twin blow-ups can be set up in living room. You must list the total amount of guests when booking. This house is not well suited to toddlers & young children.

We built our home in 1997 and have shared it with our five children, grandchildren and extended family. We thought someday when the kids leave, we will make it into a Bed & Breakfast and Airbnb has made the dream simply possible. The Captain's House is a 12 bedroom centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 11 is a Very SMALL room FOR ONE PERSON on the 2nd floor with a TWIN-sized bed & shared bathroom (9 rooms on 2nd floor shared 2 full bathrooms - 8 of the 9 rooms have in-room sinks) with in-room sink, A/C, TV, cable, WIFI We don't offer parking this year. I can send a list of in town parking options if you ask. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am

Firepit area, outdoor grill, sitting areas in yard. Everything you need for a great get away.

The second floor of a Victorian Sea Captain's home steps from the 'Rock,' whale watching, restaurants & more. 3 suites, 2 with queen beds, one with 2 single beds, each with sitting areas, full baths, microwave, mini-fridge and TV. Please note—you do not have access to a kitchen. Access to a library/lounge, free coffee, sunroom and 2 patios. Hosts live on the first floor but our office is off the guest room hallway on the 2nd floor.

The entire second floor of the original"full cape" is yours via a private entrance. A continental breakfast will be at your door each morning, to be enjoyed in your sitting room or at the table on the terrace.
