Vacation rentals with a patio in Cape Canaveral

We loved this spot! Perfect place to land in the middle of all the places you wanna go. Close to the beach. Close to bars & restaurants. Close to the river. Nice house, eclectic decor but not cluttered (trying to figure out how I can accomplish this art at home!) Very adorable security system in the form of Lilbaby Dogg, we miss that pup already!

Erin was an amazing host! She was flexible with our needs and provided great service & communication. I would highly recommend checking out the units she has at Cocoa Beach! Clean, welcoming and the location is perfect! There was everything supply wise needed to cook and no worry about bringing sheets/ towels. Walk across the street to the path through the sand dune and you are on the beach. This is also away from the tourist area and not crowded on the beach. Great value for the price and excellent host and team!! Looking to book more units next visit and bring my kids and grandkids. Thank you for a great experience.

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

We had a great time in Kathleen’s Big Blue House- apparently all our needs were anticipated, even the tiniest detail! Kathleen was extremely helpful, and replied rapidly to every question. The private hot tub, dock, hammock and outdoor shower- along with the charming unit, itself, were perfect. Inside and out, Kathleen creates a welcoming, cozy, pleasing space. The furniture was comfortable, and the bed, towels and linens were just right!😊 We loved the outside swing and chairs -perfect for hanging loose, having a cup of coffee , watching awesome sunrises and moonrises (until moonrise came later!), as well as the Osprey fledglings, various other birds, lizards, frogs and fishes dolphins, sting rays, and more! Kathleen and her staff made our time thoroughly agreeable. It was convenient to have all the necessities in place- although we didn’t do any cooking, everything needed was there! Toiletries were also available- as well as some books and games! Thank you, Kathleen!

It was very nice. Clean & stocked with all you would need from the kitchen, bedroom and bath to beach gear. Lived being on the first floor with the porch facing the beach.

We had a great stay at Marlene’s place! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything in Cocoa Beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Marlene was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and even went out of her way to help us mail an iPad back home that we accidentally left behind. Highly recommend her place!

The home was immaculate upon check in. I was there for a family reunion and it was 1 block away. So convenient. The home was so well equipped and we loved the private pool.

We had an amazing time! We enjoyed the pool and the Tiki Hut. The home was perfect! a bed for all of us! We drove to the space center and watched a Falcon mission. Great neighborhood! And Joyce was responsive to my messages. Thanks aga for sharing your home with our family! Rick and Lori Parr

We loved our stay at Carols place!! It was the perfect place to stay overnight for our cruise! We would definitely recommend it!! We’ll be staying again next time we cruise out of Port Canaveral!

This is our favorite place to stay in Cocoa Beach for our family surf trips. Always clean and comfortable. Walkable to the beach, restaurants, and downtown. Great little area in the back to hose off the boards and dry off before coming into the house. Host is responsive and helpful.

Enjoyed it here for the one night we stayed, felt right at home as soon as I walked in,and the commutation with Todd was great gonna be back soon, beach is walking distance, kitchen was beautiful, everything was cleaned

This place was amazing!! Beautiful yet comfortable, very convenient and close to the beach and pier! Loved the pool! Walkable distance to shops and touristy spots! Highly recommend!!

The house was exactly what we needed. Very quiet area, perfect to relax. My teenagers loved the pool. We even had a Manatee family visit at the dock. It's a 10 minute drive to the beach and we were able to watch a Starlink launch. We can highly recommend this place...sad part ..we had to leave.

Jenna is so kind and easy to communicate with. She answered all questions, no matter how silly. She had wonderful instructions in a book inside the condo and we found everything we needed. The area is very family oriented. The condo was spotless upon arrival with all the amenities. The walk to the beach and locked gate was easily accessed. If you are traveling with children, everything on the property was easy to walk to carrying chairs and beach needs. My daughter is 9 and she thoroughly enjoyed her vacation! We will definitely go back!

This was our second stay at Philip's place. Great location right in the center of town. The place is very roomy and well kept. It's an upstairs apartment in one of the old downtown buildings with stores and restaurants below. Cool place! You have to climb a fairly set of steps to get up to the room. Would stay again.

This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

Perfect place to catch our breath after our first ever family cruise. Easy drive from the cruise ports, Kennedy Space Center, lots of restaurants and shopping. Kitchen had everything you could need and more, the brita pitcher saved us from needing to stock up on bottled water (our family goes through a lot of water), and the coffee pot was perfect with duel k-cup and drip carafe. So many fun games that we didn't even get to but wished we had, kids had plenty of toys to play with. Laundry is not in the unit but there is coin laundry on both levels so we never had to wait on a washer/dryer. Beach is a block away, easy walk, and plenty of room to spread out unlike many beaches we've been to where it feels like everyone is a foot away from your space. Rowina provides all the beach essentials... camping chairs, beach toys, bodyboards, beach towels, and I believe I saw an umbrella in there but we brought our own shade. Only thing I wish I had brought was my surfboard. Wonderful Stay!

Great location near the port for our cruise, it was so easy. Restaurants nearby. Katie was super friendly, and the United had everything we needed. Would recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jeanne’s condo in Cocoa Beach. It was very clean, comfortable, and just steps to the beach! She supplied beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and even towels, just in case you forgot to pack necessities! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Jeanne!

The condo was very nice. Wish we could have stayed longer . Beach access and amenities were nice though with our short stay we definitely weren’t able to take advantage of them. I guess we’ll save those for next visit. Thanks :)

Really nice place right on the beach. Easy parking, beach & pool access. Great amenities- washer/dryer, big soft towels, plenty of toiletries, comfy bed, and all the beach necessities. Didn’t feel “touristy” -very quiet place. Host was very kind and responsive. Would definitely stay again!
