Very relaxing place with beautiful landscapes. We were able to observe marine mammals in the distance. Access to the beach is easy and very quiet. I'll be back!

What a memorable stay! I spent 12 days at Nancy's and I didn't want to leave......The house is well located and the sunsets are magical. The sound of the waves at bedtime is so relaxing. Its decor and books on site make the stay too short to see everything, perfect for a relaxing retreat😉. The host responds to questions quickly and is really friendly. I recommend her house +++ I'm already looking to book my next stay with her 😉🥰💖

La Tanière is a charming, quiet and intimate place by the Matane River. Upon arrival, everything allowed us to feel quickly at home: impeccable place, well-equipped, smells good, bright, warm and carefully decorated. Easy and quick communication with Cathy and Annicka. We loved the lapping of the water, the singing of the many birds, the sun and the breeze, as well as the terrace allowing a magnificent panorama of the river. A relaxing and refreshing stay. Thanks for sharing this beautiful place.

Loved our stay. The breathtaking view of the magnificent St. Lawrence River, the brightness of the chalet, its location. The feeling of being alone in the world in a well-wrapped cocoon. The cottage is well located for a quick getaway. On the other hand, you have to plan food before you arrive; salt, sugar, pepper and coffee. The beds were comfortable.

Bruno’s and Catherine’s home is located over a beautiful bay with front seats to stunning sunrises and sunsets into the Bay of St Lawrence. They were the most generous hosts, sharing with us their fabulous vegetable garden and suggesting nice spots to visit in the area. They even left us a pair of binoculars over the fridge for whale and seal watching. They were warm and welcoming and clearly take pride in their home, and rightly so. We had the most amazing week and will definitely come back if we get a chance!

Marie-Pier’s chalet was the perfect stop on our trip - beautiful spot by Lac Matapédia, well-equipped, very clean chalet and the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in in some time! Marie-Pier greeted us when we arrived and we had a very quiet, peaceful night.

A superb Canadian chalet, right at the entrance of Gaspesie National Park, typical, warm and extremely well-equipped! We loved our stay and really thank our responsive and very friendly host!

Loved our stay! The chalet is superb, warm and welcoming — it feels like home. With our little boy, we spent precious moments picking up treasures on the beach and watching the seals, a real joy. This little slice of paradise allowed us to unwind and stock up on... shrimp 🌊🦐😉 Thank you for everything, we will recommend this wonderful place without hesitation!

Great stay. Michelle was nearby and was immediately able to show me the power system when i had questions. I also appreciated the fire already going when i arrived

Ginette was very easy to communicate with. Her reply time is very quick and greatly appreciated. She was very accommodating when requiring additional space and our workers loved the place. We had a few workers stay from Nova Scotia and said the local area was nice and what made it better was staying in such a warm, welcoming place. Should we return to the area, we would definitely book Ginnette's place again.

We loved our week at this charming ancestral house overlooking the river. Perfect distance from the Gaspésie National Park where we spent all our days. Well equipped house, functional bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bed, close to a grocery store... we will not hesitate to return if the opportunity arises! Wishlist: the standing bath, the front door with a beautiful peeling paint texture, the wooden horse (my 2-year-old daughter loved it) and the proximity to the beach (even in winter).
