great place and super friendly host

We felt very comfortable at Alenka and Diego's and enjoyed the time there with a great view of the sea to the fullest. Unfortunately, we did not use it because of the bad and then somewhat too cold weather. We were mainly in the garden next to the kitchen. The parking lot for the car is right next to the entrance. Alenka and Diego are very hospitable and helpful. The fridge was filled with delicious food when we arrived. It is a quiet location and nice area. The neighbor was also immediately courteous when she realized we were guests. Our dog also enjoyed the fenced garden and so it was relaxing for us. All in one, a beautiful relaxing vacation with fantastic views. Thank you both for your kindness.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! We were very satisfied: the apartment was a "stone's throw" from the sea, we had a great view from the balcony to the sea, with a few steps you were in the shopping mile, the apartment was very clean, you could speak German with Cinzia - everything was just right to be able to relax! Thank you very much, Cinzia, we will be back!

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

Very nice and cozy terrace. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. The beach is within walking distance. There are tennis and paddle tennis courts in the immediate vicinity. The tennis bar is also right next door. We had a nice and relaxing vacation.

Great stay! Caorle is 6 minutes away by car. Beach nearby. Gladly again

The apartment is super conveniently located on the seashore, with good shopping and swimming facilities. We were very satisfied.

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

The entire building as well as the apartment look very modern and high-quality. We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. Especially the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure. A real highlight was the spacious balcony with a comfortable seating area, ideal for enjoying the evening with a glass of wine. The facility left nothing to be desired. Since the cleanliness on the beach unfortunately did not convince us, we were all the more grateful for the well-maintained pool and hot tub area, which we used extensively. The pools were always clean and offered a great alternative to the beach. Overall, it was a very nice stay, which we would be happy to recommend. Thank you, Matteo!

We had a wonderful stay at Markus’s place with the whole family. The check-in instructions were very clear, and we had no trouble accessing the property. The house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail. Before our stay began, Markus shared valuable information about Venice and Lido di Jesolo, which was incredibly helpful. During our stay, he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were very pleased with both the house and Markus’s hospitality. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to weather conditions, but it was still a great feature to have. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! Enrico is a very friendly and helpful host who always responded immediately to our questions. The place is exactly as described – very nice, right on the beach and super central. There are numerous restaurants and a cozy beach bar in the immediate vicinity. We would come back anytime!

The host Alice was very nice and helpfull. The apartment was just as described and in a nice walk able location.

The place was great - very clean and the location to the sea really great. Maurizio is a great host and was always available. Upon arrival, there were even a few drinks and snacks on site, great if you arrive later and can't shop anymore. The large covered balcony is also great, as we had some rain on the first day and the children could still play outside. :-) We were completely satisfied with our stay and would be happy to come back. :-)

This special space well exceeded our expectations! It was so tranquil and immaculate. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in the world. Such beautiful and kind hosts that personally met us and even left us a special gift. I highly recommend this wonderful space. I will forever dream of returning. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed to be lucky to call home for a few days! We even cooked a couple meals after shopping at the local markets. The beds and shower were perfect too! Very quiet ( windows amazing!) even though it is so close to so much! Thank you so much for opening your home to my family ❤️

Loredana's place is a 5" walk from the vaporetto in a charming neighbourhood of traditional Lido houses. The setting is quiet & the appartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our few nights & hugely appreciated the friendliness of our host who made a busy Venice visit for the Biennale easy & relaxing.

It was an excellent stay, with an excellent and very helpful host. We enjoyed Novigrad the most of the Istrian Coastal towns (just our opinion), it felt clean, safe, charming, and the restaurants were walkable and we had great food and drinks.

Absolutely loved this apartment. The windows lookout to the sea and there's a wonderful spot with steps down to the water just a short walk away. Hosts were incredibly flexible, accommodating, provided several recommendations, and walked me around town to give me a feel of where things were. Loved Rovinj + loved this spot.

Chiara is not only a very special hostess, but also a very helpful and fantastic person. Since we were only able to arrive 3 days later due to a family illness, early morning check-in was not a problem. We received a very cordial welcome and Chiara gave us all the necessary information about the apartment and the surrounding area. The apartment was absolutely clean, immaculate and equipped with all possible appliances. We immediately felt at home. The beach and sea were at your fingertips from the balcony and within walking distance. A really great and advantageous location, as we were able to reach the apartment very quickly on foot even with our 4-year-old when we took a break from the beach.
