It is 300 meters from Cala Galdana beach, one of the most popular in Menorca, where the "Camí de Cavalls" begins in the stretch that leads to the pristine beaches of Cala Mitjana and Trebaluger. It's in a quiet area, opposite the Meliá Galdana hotel. Located on another property "Villa Can Guel" and attached to another house. Private parking. It does NOT have a swimming pool.

Joan and his wife Corretja are lovable, humorous and helpful people. Joan picked me up on arrival in Ciutadella. I got good tips from him on excursions and restaurants. He also helped me to get a rental car inexpensively - because it is convenient to be mobile from the casa rural. Living in their beautiful home fully met my expectations. When I returned from the excursions, the room, bathroom and kitchen were always cleaned. I found that very pleasant. Her two stallions Zeus and Mac and the two little dogs Minmin and Fosca are great and it was allowed, on request from Joan, to give the animals treats. That gave plus points with the four-legged friends ;-) In the kitchen, I would attach a net to the door so that no mosquitoes and flies get in. Otherwise, as described, everything was impeccable! Many thanks to Joan and Corretja for everything. Hasta luego! Yvonne

For the frail: I don't know if it's always like this, but during our stay the parking next to the accommodation was impossible. There are free places 5/7 min walk. The atmosphere in the village is very nice. Have a drink in the square at the end of the day. Ferreries is central and therefore very well located for visiting Menorca. We didn't know how to operate the TV but Ana immediately sent us an impeccable TUTORIAL (despite my poor level of Spanish, she understood perfectly). Thanks for the stay, it was great!

We really loved staying at La Marcona. It was so peaceful and relaxing. It felt like an escape from the rest of the island. The surrounding nature and wildlife were fascinating (especially the kittens, horses and chickens) Antoni & Carmen were brilliant hosts, very friendly and open. We felt right at home. The kitchen is very well equipped, we cooked with the freshly laid eggs, that were provided on arrival. The views from the bed, through the window, were amazing too. We would love to stay again in the future! Thanks again Antoni & Carmen for making our honeymoon so special! Giles & Ileagh

José Luis and Kristine welcomed us warmly into their home. They were particularly generous with their time and advice. Good people with a lot to share, especially around a coffee in the morning on the terrace (divine). The house is very well equipped with mask and snorkel, cooler, etc., everything you might need for the beach. In short, I highly recommend this property for a stay that is both quiet and a local experience. Thanks to our hosts!

The Airbnb is located in a small village in Menorca, but easy to access. Miguel was a really nice host and all the communication was clear. The attic has a nice space, 2 comfortable beds and a sofa, making all the stay pretty comfortable.

Stayed in Bego’s place and it was perfect for a weekend getaway! We were 4 of us and we felt quite comfortable at the place. I recommend renting a car so you can see all the beautiful calas Menorca has to offer. Bego was incredibly sweet and kind!

Although we had to change accommodation due to an electrical problem, the place where we were relocated was 5-10 minutes from downtown. There were restaurants nearby and the accommodation was very comfortable, quiet and easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they were very attentive to our comfort at all times. If we return, we will definitely repeat.
