Friendly house, well equipped but a little dark on the ground floor. The upstairs with the bedrooms is lovely. Small downside: the floor squeaks a lot on the floor, so it's hard to get up without waking everyone up!

large house furnished in the old style but comfortable and spacious, equipped with everything you need. Two families can easily stay there. The hosts are kind and inform us very well.

We loved our stay at Gaëlle's, the accommodation is as described, we were able to take walks or bike rides. Tranquility was our priority, we were able to rest in a very pleasant setting apart from the sound of the cows' bells. At breakfast, it is very pleasant, it is all we hear. We hope to find it again next year, we found ourselves and rested so much.

The house offered by Marie-Christine is very pleasant, nestled in the heart of a medieval castle, it has crazy charm, it is very quiet and particularly cool during the hot summer days. A very nice family experience

We had a wonderful time in this spacious and always nicely cooled down old stone house, surrounded by the beauty of nature and peace and quietness. It is well equipped and Lucien and Helene are great hosts in this amazingly self renovated old house. We enjoyed Barbecue at the Terrasse and sun / shadow bathing at one of the many spots around the house under the trees. We did wonderful hikes at Puy Mary/Puy de Chavaroche (5h) with enough shade by the forests and amazing views. Another hike at Plomb de Cantal was much more exhausting though shorter (3h) due to no forest offering some shade and descent with lots of rubble. The 2 hottest days we went swimming at wonderful lac de St Étienne Cantales (make sure to bring some good blankets as you will sit/lay on rocks mostly. also travelling with an electrical car was not a problem at all as there are enough stations around if you plan a bit. Overall a wonderful experience highly recommended to everyone who loves nature and tranquility!

We had a family stay in this beautiful setting. Tastefully renovated! The house is suitable for hosting many guests and the pool and spa are very popular with children! We recommend it, because we really love this house.

We spent 2 fabulous weeks with the family at this charming house with an authentic atmosphere. The house is very large, ideal for gathering for large tables but also to isolate yourself if needed, everyone has quickly found their place. The amenities are perfect, nothing was missing (beds made on arrival, towels provided, coffee machine, pool table, foosball, books...). It's a real inhabited house, with a special "soul" where the living is good. Special mention for the breathtaking panorama and views of the castle. We thoroughly appreciated the pool with its rest kiosk with stunning views. Small downsides if you really have to find them: lots of insects (it's the countryside!) and no shops less than 6 km away but it's also what gives it charm. A big thank you to the owner Claudine for her warm welcome and kindness, as well as to her son Corentin who was available and responsive before our arrival.

Many thanks to Keith and Karen who are perfect hosts, very welcoming and accommodating (flexible schedules). The mansion is superb and true to the listing in every way. We had a great stay. It couldn't have been better to end the year 2024.

Beautiful house located in a pretty countryside at the intersection of the lot, cantal and perigord. Very cool old house spirit, pleasant in summer, with beautiful garden and several activities ideal for many children: trempoline pool large garden for ball games... Great communication and accommodating host.

Very responsive host, Yoann was able to answer any questions I had before booking. Impeccable accommodation in all respects (cleanliness, modernity...) and many amenities. The view is superb, and the neighborhood very quiet. Located close to road access, I was able to get to my place of work in no time. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful house with swimming pool and tennis court (paddles and balls included) Good bedding. The house remained cool despite the heat (35°C for a week). Shops are very accessible (less than 5 min drive). Good location to visit or walk in the Cantal. 15 min drive to Aurillac. Thanks to the owners for their availability in the face of our questions; We'll be happy to go back.

We had a pleasant stay in a beautiful house in a great location. Jean-Marc is helpful and available anytime. Very pleasant and well-maintained outdoor design. The pool is very large, well heated, perfect for enjoying the stay.

Martine's cottage is perfectly suited for family vacations thanks to the distribution of living spaces that are otherwise well-equipped and comfortable, the swimming pool that opens widely to the surrounding nature, the tranquility of the place. Martine and Jean Claude are very warm and attentive hosts. We had a wonderful week there!

Very nice stay for 8 at Nathalie and Philippe's. The house is very pleasant to stay in and super functional, it's very simple, it has everything! We were wonderfully hosted by our hosts, with in addition the complimentary breakfast, a good homemade cider and a welcome aperitif :-) Beautiful quiet place, surrounded by nature, with a lovely garden and pool area. We would be happy to recommend it to anyone who wants to discover the area.
