Recently-restored AIR-CONDITIONED bright apt with gorgeous wooden beams in the middle of charming Cannaregio district. You will find all modern amenities, sapiently mixed with a Venetian flavor. Perfect location, 10-min walking distance from the train station, few steps away from public boat transport, local restaurants (not tourist traps) and bars. The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

According to article 83 of the City Council, local authorities require a city tax from any tourist over 10 years old visiting the city. The tax is collected during the check-in procedure. Here is how it works: - children from 10 to 16 years old pay 1,5 euro per night - guests over 16 years old pay 3 euro per night. Special note: guests arriving after 7 pm will be able to self check-in without incurring any extra costs. If our presence is requested, there will be an extra cost of 50 euro.
