Impeccable! In addition to having an amazing location, the place was extremely clean, organized and fragrant. We were very surprised by the structure available at the hotel; great, super safe for hiking and has a really cool playground for the kids. We felt at home! I recommend it and we will come back more often.

We spent incredible days in the apartment, besides being beautiful, it is super equipped and cozy… Patricia is extremely dear and attentive, I highly recommend it!

The studio is beautiful, clean and airy. Everything is of high quality, from the bedding to the furniture, appliances and utensils. It exceeded our expectations. We were warmly welcomed by Andréia and Fran. We will certainly be back.

Excellent accommodation, space as shown in the photos, very cozy, kitchen equipment is provided that offers all the comforts for a quiet stay, totally clean and organized space, all the comfort of having suites that make it easier especially when there is more than one couple using the accommodation, bed linens, blankets, pillows, impeccable towels bringing all the comforts to everyday life. Good location, even though it's not so close to the covered street, there are a few blocks, we do everything on foot, supermarket almost in front of the place, and for the traffic in the city it's a bonus to be able to do several things on foot. Naira provided all the necessary support and always responded and guided us when necessary. We definitely recommend it and will return to the accommodation when we return to the city.

I will definitely stay again, very comfortable beds, there were 5 of us, from the bed, to the sofa bed and the beds under the single beds, all very comfortable. not to mention the shower, which is impeccable, the ducha is relaxing. Tip: if your car is low, ask people to get out because when you go down in the parking lot it ends up scraping, and to go up too. other than that, the person in charge gave us several tips and was very friendly ❤️

Very comfortable house and the condominium very quiet, safe and with a wonderful look!!! We hired the diarist Mara who is wonderful and took care of everything in the house! In addition to pampering the whole group!!! The house is well structured and the kitchen well equipped to enjoy a table set with family and friends! As we were in a group of 08 people we rented a van for the trips, making everything close by! In addition, there are always many uber options, which, due to the proximity, it is very cheap. Around the condominium there is a market for some emergency and Mari also always brought a fresh bread that made breakfast even more cozy!!! The experience was great and we'll come back again!!!

Very beautiful and functional house. Great for enjoying with family or friends. The condominium also surprised us: it is beautiful and close to downtown Gramado. Tiago was very helpful; he answered all messages promptly, even during the stay. We'll be back!

What to say about Borgo 28, a magnificent, magical place that makes you travel through the history of an era of hard work, the beginning of the history of Gramado, the Italian colonization, maintaining all the glamor and sophistication in a rustic and elegant air. The property is spectacular, each of the houses with unique styles and proposals, with very well-chosen decorative pieces for each environment. Breakfast is a journey through flavors that remind us of childhood. A place to call home, we will certainly return many times. Thank you very much to the girls who organize everything, and to Mrs. Ivana who opened the doors of her retreat and had the sensitivity to create a rustic chic atmosphere provided to guests. We went in a group of 14 people and the house accommodated everyone very comfortably. The bathrooms were great, with warm showers, which was great because it was very cold. The house has all the necessary amenities to make a nice breakfast or any other meal. A special highlight is the barbecue area, which is great. Not to mention the outdoor area, which is beautiful and well cared for. We love the accommodation.
