If you're looking for a quiet, secluded retreat in the beautiful mountains of WNC, this is the spot! Our cabin is rustic, retro, and romantic. It provides ample river/creek views, immediate access to hiking trails, and is located only 20 minutes from downtown Asheville, zip lining, rafting, skiing, and much more. Plus it's only a few minutes to the quaint downtown of Mars Hill. We happily welcome folks of all backgrounds and identities in our space. No added cleaning/platform maintenance fees!

Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Welcome to WNC! Our Mountain Cabin is on 10 Acres of 5 generation Farm Land! Interstate I-26 is only 5 min. away! There are many nearby Towns: Asheville, Weaverville, Mars Hill, Marshall, Hot Springs & More! Seasonal Fun is Near: Snow Tubing, Snow Skiing, Hiking, Fishing, Golfing, Biking & more! This cabin was constructed by hand in 2019 and is designed with both style and calm in mind. It is a perfect place for artists and writers to find inspiration or for guests who want to connect to nature by simply waking up with the trees. The cabin partly functions as an informal artist residency space for our friends and comrades and guest who stay will find it more as a home environment instead of a hotel. Come expecting simplicity and refreshing stay in the wooded landscape of WNC.

Our cabin is in the woods just up the hill from the river. The river is great for wading and fishing. There is also picnic areas at the river with chairs, tables, fire pits, and plenty of trees to hang a hammock. This property has a main house. The parking area and the cabin are on the lower level of the house. There is a sidewalk that goes past the house to the cabin. The cabin has it's own private area with a side yard, outdoor furniture and a firepit.
