Guests have exclusive use of the entire house and property. There are over 2 miles of hiking trails, a 2-acre pond for fishing and a big wrap around deck to enjoy. Birds and wildlife are abundant and the fall colors are spectacular. This is your opportunity to relax and unwind in your own private paradise.

Enjoy Honeoye Lake in this recently remodeled year-round home. This three bedroom, 1.5 bath home has many oversized windows which offer postcard views of the surrounding Bristol Hills. The level yard and large deck open to over 50 ft of lakefront. Take advantage of the private dock for sunbathing or fishing.
