We loved our stay at this ocean side property! Just enough space for the two of us and perfect location for what we needed. Quiet neighbors and easy parking. We would definitely stay again!

I really don't know where to start because my entire experience was amazing from check-in to check out. Matthew and Kimberly were just phenomenal hosts from beginning to end. I will admit getting there with the address bnb had listed takes you on a detour but Kim's coordinates that she sent saved the day or you can just Google San José Hills Apartments and you'll get there. The area is gorgeous with so many delicious hole in the wall bars & restaurants. The community where the condo is located is absolutely safe & peaceful. The only hiccup during our stay was that the pool was unusable because the pool chemistry was way off and not safe to swim but that is no fault of the owners as it is taken care of by a pool company the property managers hired. We did so much traveling so that did bother us at all as the condo was just used to regroup & sleep. Matthew and Kimberly were extremely responsive & so helpful with the local recommendations. The location was perfect for our stay!

Dorada Properties were very responsive and it was very nice to have the ocean view across the street from the apartment. The apartment had washer and dryer and very modern bathroom. Will definitely stay again.

I originally wanted to book a hotel for our stay, but my son convinced me to try this airbnb. I'm so glad I listened to him because for LESS than the cost of the hotel we got so much more - privacy, a well-equipped kitchen, a private pool, 500 feet from the ocean on a quiet street, yet only two blocks from an incredible coffee bistro called Black Pepper. The host was incredible with communication all the way through to the end when I had injured myself and needed extra time to get packed up. She was compassionate, reminded of the first aid kit under the sink and recommended how to get help if needed. There's so many good things I could say. There wasn't any thing that we were disappointed with. The bed was extremely comfortable, the living space, and the kitchen were all excellent. I was also thankful for the extra amenities provided (hair dryer, sunscreen, beach chairs/blanket, aloe, extra towels). If we ever return to PR, we'll definitely rebook at La Marina Casa's. The home is beautiful. There is lots of natural light, it feels spacious and has an ocean view. The bathroom is gorgeous. As others mentioned, in the master bedroom the a/c wasn't necessary because the ocean breeze and overhead fan were wonderful. in the living area I found it to get very hot very early until I figured out to pull down the blind in the NE corner window at night. the morning sun just hits that window intensely.

I loved it!!! I will definitely come back with my family, the beach is right in front, perfect for children as it is like a pool. It was well-stocked, it has everything you need! The most beautiful part is the pool, which has all kinds of games and even a dominoes table. It's close to everything, meaning pharmacies, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Thank you for letting us stay at your house, very beautiful.

Just found a yearly spot to come back to and enjoy what the island has to offer. This place was superb, the pictures don’t give this place justice. Very spacious, breathtaking views, the pool is simple, small but does the trick if you’re going to relax and enjoy some peaceful time. The house was beautiful with fantastic high ceiling, comfortable bedrooms and clean beautiful bathrooms. The host was extremely friendly and always fast responding. This stay was just fantastic and for sure will come back. 10/10 ❤️

The place's location is amazing! You cannot beat the view to the water and access to the beach. Lots of restaurants and bakeries nearby, with a running/bike path just a block away. The place was great and the hosts were very very responsive. We needed more towels and a pillow, and they immediately responded and brought what we needed. They were super responsive with communication. We would definitely want to come again.

The location was amazing, right across the street from the ocean. Easy access from PR 22, lots of restaurants in walking distance. Rooms and common spaces were very clean, well decorated and overall very calming and relaxing. The sound of the ocean and the clean ocean air with the quiet location made our stay pleasant and relaxing.

This place is amazing! The location is even better then the photos. We were much closer to the ocean than I thought. There is a picnic table right across the road where you can sit and read a book and stare at the ocean. Walk a little to the left and there are shady spots that are great for sitting in the sand to read and relax right by the water. The beaches are less for swimming due to rip currents but amazing for strolling, wading, and cooling off The house itself has some wear and rust but that's to be expected in this humid climate. It's clean, cute, and cozy. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and peaceful while we were there (in January). The host was very responsive with some questions we had about the area during the trip.

Amber & Brett were great! The place is really nice with easy access to a beach and a nice pool. There were descriptions of beaches in the area as well as restaurants in the condo. Our family had a great time and would definitely stay there again. If I had any questions, Amber responded right away! I would recommend this rental!

Had a great stay. We visit Isabela, PR every year and have always stayed at Isabela Beach Court. Easy access to the best walking beaches on the island! We love it here!

This was our 2nd year in a row renting from Arnaldo at 2 different properties and everything was as described in listings. My family and I enjoyed the West side of the island the most, and look forward to renting again for next year.

This beautiful beach front condo is like heaven on earth. The view of the ocean from the balcony along with the lull of the ocean waves from the bedroom made it feel like absolute paradise. The place was equipped with everything we could possibly need throughout our stay including a beach wagon and toys. We felt very safe and secure as the condo is in a gated community. Elmira was so friendly and responsive! We are already planning our next trip to this amazing condo on this beautiful island.

We had a great stay in Isabela, Puerto Rico! We were visiting family and wanted to spend some time on the beach. The condo is in a perfect location—right on the beach and just a short walk to great beach bars and restaurants. It was clean, comfortable, and had functioning A/C, which made it easy to relax after a day in the sun. Check-in was seamless, and the host had clearly anticipated everything we needed. The staffed security gate at the entrance gave us extra peace of mind. Highly recommend!

This is an awesome surf town with plenty of great little spots nearby. The place was just what we needed — clean, comfortable, and well-located. Rose was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had, which we really appreciated. They were upfront about the nearby construction, but honestly, it didn’t impact our stay at all. Overall, a very cool spot — we’d definitely recommend it!

My sisters and I had the pleasure of staying at Carolyn's place, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The apartment was exactly as described — clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony was amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful personal touches throughout the unit.... The location was perfect! It was close to great beaches and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the area. Carolyn provided excellent recommendations for local spots that we absolutely loved. The communication with Carolyn was seamless. She was always quick to respond and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay there again. We look forward to it!

This three bedroom is large ! We loved that the kitchen to living room is open concept so we could see our kids while we cooked. Our only concern was the lack of AC in the living room, made it tough to be in that area for long and even harder while cooking. The AC in bedrooms were great, nice to have washing machine and dryer use. Adrian made sure we had use of the toddler bed and pack and play too, saved us on having to bring them. Very peaceful sitting on the balcony and very safe with the security guard at the gate. The pool was also perfect for our family, and we loved being so close to the beach. We felt very safe and at peace and would love to stay again.
