Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Camp Springs

The rental was as shown in the photos. Easily walkable and centrally located to great restaurants (Tatte across the street had delicious breakfasts and sandwiches) and the waterfront. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very close to Reagan Int'l Airport, so you will hear planes taking off.

My sister and I took a week trip to DC for a music festival. We absolutely loved being guests here! It’s a nice cozy apartment with everything you need. They provide the listed amenities and more, with amazing organization and labels! It’s a great spot to catch several bus routes and the nearest metro is a 12-15 min walk away. It was indeed the perfect spot to stay at if you plan to travel around the dmv area. Leo and Diana are very attentive to messages, responding quickly, and will check up on you! Thank you for being such amazing hosts, and if anyone is making a fun trip to DC for any occasion, I highly recommend to stay here!

We loved this place. It was clean and comfortable. It looked just like the pictures, although I might add that the master suite was actually larger and nicer than I anticipated. There were lots of little extras like toothpaste and k cup pods, even cards to use the public transportation. Even the roll away cot had a comfortable mattress. Sharisse was wonderful with communication and answered questions right away. Check out tasks were very minimal. I could probably go on, but overall this was just a great place to stay while we explored DC!

What a great find! We had such a great time and Julia’s place was so convenient. Julia has thought of everything & we were made to feel so welcome despite asking loads of questions and nothing felt too much trouble. The location was amazing for exploring DC & public transport was so cheap and convenient. We really enjoyed breakfast at Call your mother, early drinks at the Midlands and a nice glass of wine and nibbles at St Vincents. All of these were a nice break from pacing streets of DC! Would not hesitate to recommend and/or come back if we make it back to DC! Thank you!

This is the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Everything you could think of was provided. Very clean. Great instructions and Guest Guide. Large 1 bedroom/1 bath basement apartment.

This space is absolutely stunning. The natural light, the calm atmosphere, and the beautiful design all made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The gas fireplace was my favorite feature. It brought so much warmth and comfort to the space. What really impressed me was how well it is set up for longer stays. Everything was thoughtfully included, from the efficient washer and dryer to the kitchen area, steamer, and other essentials that made my business trip easy. The hosts were kind, attentive, and made everything feel smooth. I felt right at home and definitely recommend this place.

Isabelle's place was a perfect for a mother daughter trip to DC. The Airbnb was as described. It was easy access to the metro. The apartment had all of the necessities including mini fridge, washer, and dryer. I would stay here again when coming to DC.

Everything was clean and host was very responsive! plenty parking space and enjoyed our stay! only addition might be an extra full length mirror but everything else was great!!

Very, very clean and spacious. Adrian sent very clear check-in directions and responded promptly to communications. He also provided a thorough guest manual. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The space was more comfortable than in pictures and the gym equipment seemed very nice. We were very happy with our stay.

Jennifer was awesome and her place was great. Convenient access to the free streetcar which gave us a jumping off point for all the other great stuff in DC. Would definitely stay again! Jennifer was friendly, helpful and super responsive. Could not find a better hostess anywhere.

This was, I believe, our 5th year staying at Kate’s. Always comfortable - always spotless! In fact, this is by far the cleanest Airbnb we have ever booked. Kate is a very responsive host as well - super helpful with any questions we have ever had! We will continue staying here for our annual NIH visit as long as it is available to us! Very clean and close to everything we wanted to go to!

Christine’s place was wonderful! It is exactly as described, and even more spacious in person! It was a joy to return back to the place each day after exploring Washington, D.C. Perfect location and sparkling clean! I’d happily stay again.

Kira's spot is close to the metro (just a short walk away), spacious, and easy to access. The self check in is convenient. Public transportation and rideshares are easy to access Alexandria and DC. There's a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and plenty of space to store things. The spot is super private. Perfect for two!

My daughter will be having a baby soon and have been looking for a place close by for when I visit. This is it!!! It is affordable, clean and decorated beautifully. So relaxing, usually I can't sleep well in hotels but slept well here.

Comfortable quiet condo. Across road from a playing field and walking trails. Comfortable bed, good shower, extras ( food staples, umbrella, tennis rackets etc ). Abaad very attentive, and responsive. ( watch his getting to condo video- 3rd out of 4 buildings, entrance at back ). We felt like we had a new friend in texting and speaking to him . We stayed 4 nights. Would recommend.

This was a beautiful condo with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It was so well stocked with everything you might need- more like staying with a thoughtful friend than at an Airbnb. The area was convenient to the metro yet really quiet for sleeping (even with kiddos who go to bed around eight). The pocket park just a block away was a perfect space for our kids to play. We would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Israel’s place is a must stay while in DC. I wish I could gate keep it for myself lol. It’s exactly as described in photos. Perfect location in the Navy Yard and walkable to so many places. Each day I was able to walk to Orangetheory and SolidCore to workout and found a cute coffee shop along the way. I think the only thing I disliked was the firmness of the mattress but this will differ for everyone. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe. Responsiveness, location, cleanliness, check-in, were all on point. Additionally really appreciated Israel’s flexibility as a host. I was supposed to stay in December but due to a last minute emergency I needed to change my reservation literally hours before. Last minute travel changes with flight, accommodation, etc can be hectic but Israel helped make this part easy for me. Overall, great experience and will definitely be staying here again!

Great space in a perfect location in Old Town. Starbucks on the same block, Trader Joe’s quick walk, close to King Street and the water. Place matched pictures and I would love to stay there again when I’m in the area.

The place was very nice, clean and quiet. The apartment is spacious and has anything you need in the kitchen. The linens are soft and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious and the shower incredible. There are good restaurants nearby, a gym in the building and the neighborhood is very interesting. Kenny is an incredible host always given us the support and attention we need. He sent us a basket of fruits as a gift.
