La Cana Casa – A wild setting with sea views

The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Small comfortable studio furnished in a "tiny house" spirit with sitting area, small kitchen, sleeping area upstairs (accessible by a miller's ladder) and shower room. We designed this place "as for us". We hope it will delight travelers looking for tranquility and nature: The wooded garden is an invitation to recharge in the shade of the oaks. A trail will take you to a breathtaking view of the Vilaine (200 m).
