We could not be more excited to share our little slice of heaven with Y’all! The lodge is located in Hackberry,LA just off the ship channel. Whether you are here to kick back and relax or try any of the outdoor activities only southwest Louisiana can offer this lodge is convenient to everything the area has to offer and has beautiful waterfront views of the ship canal. The lodge consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is fully furnished. We do offer dock and boat slip access for an extra fee.

Custom interior features vaulted wood ceilings with cupola skylight; splendid kitchen with wet bar, beverage cooler, ice maker, granite counters, eat-in bar + pantry; master suite, spacious bath & beautiful built-ins; two queen bedrooms + a bunk room. Ground floor has a large screened in porch, 3rd bathroom, plus an outdoor shower.

The Reel N Rest was perfect!! Great place, very clean, spacious, and is situated in an area that affords maximum privacy. Plenty of room for relaxing. Fishing Charters meet you at the dock. Highly recommended. I would stay here again without hesitation.

An outdoor seating area features a circular fire pit with flames flickering at its center. Surrounding the fire pit are comfortable sectional sofas. A wall-mounted TV displays a scenic image, while a manicured lawn and greenery complete the enclosed space.

She was a very sweet host. Never had a host to check on me and asked how my visit was going. She was very responsive and respectful.

Randy's place was perfect for our family's needs- we love to fish. Right around the corner from the marina & enough space for our group to hang out after. We really enjoyed!

Eileen was quick to respond to a couple of small issues and was very friendly. The location is remote so expect to bring everything you need which was one of the reasons we went. Bring your 4x4 and drive on the beach and find you a nice remote spot. It was like having your own private beach.

An outdoor space is visible beneath a raised structure, featuring a basketball hoop and open area suitable for activities. The concrete floor is clean and expansive, with grassy surroundings adding a natural feel. Sturdy wooden supports elevate the building, creating a spacious, shaded area.

My fiancé came here for his bachelor party. We picked the Airbnb because of it’s relatively close proximity to gambling at the casinos, and obviously for the wonderful outdoor space. The house was exactly as described and beautifully well kept! By far the best part about our trip was the host, Mr. Chris. We had a “hiccup” that was caused by someone in our group and Chris was very understanding about the whole ordeal. Overall, we would 100% recommend Chris and his beautiful home next time you are in Lake Charles! Great stay! Terrific price!
