This cozy cottage (a single bedroom with attached bathroom) is located on an acre property that runs along the Arroyo Colorado River. While in a quiet community, you are still centrally located with easy access to the airport, parks, shopping and dining. You will have your own private space, including a patio area, which is a great spot to enjoy your coffee and the local wildlife. *Due to limited space, there are NO kitchen amenities. Total dimensions of the cottage are 10 feet by 15 feet.
