Soggiornato dal 01 al 03 Novembre, piccolo paesino, ma in posizione baricentrica per poter visitare Ancona e molti altri paesi attorno, tutti a 15/20 minuti di macchina. Parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze, luogo silenzioso. ci sembra doveroso evidenziare in particolare l'attenzione anche ai piccoli dettagli da parte del proprietario, segno di volontà per mettere a proprio agio chi soggiorna. Sicuramente torneremo. complimenti

This is the best airbnb experience I have ever had and me and my dog loved staying in this paradise for 5 days. Tiziana and Hubert are the nicest people imaginable and straight from my arrival I felt their warm and welcoming vibe as they showed me around and offered me wine and snacks. They were also super flexible regarding check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. There are so many beautiful trails just outside the house because the house is in the middle of a nationalpark and the view from the house is simply mesmerizing. I spent so many hours just admiring that view! Hubert rebuilt this magical house and it has so many enchanting details. I would have loved to stay longer and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend this place - you will feel invigorated after a stay at Casa del Monte. Thank you so much Tiziana and Hubert❤️

Roberto’s place was absolutely lovely! With a marvellous view, a fairly short drive from the centre of Ancona but also in very peaceful surroundings, it was a perfect mix of convenience and calm. The house was spotless and very well equipped, with even more amenities than we’d expected. For 3 people, it was more than comfortable in terms of space, the beds were comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, the wifi very good, and the terrace with a beautiful view was a perfect addition. Roberto was very friendly, proactive and clear in communication, and the check-in, as well as check-out, procedure was very smooth. I would be more than happy to stay at Roberto’s place once more when travelling to Ancona!

Questo appartamentino è davvero delizioso. Tutto nuovo e arredato con cura . L’accesso è semplice e le indicazioni fornite chiare e precise. È presente un bel giardinetto in cui si può godere della pace di questo luogo. Ci siamo stati solo una notte ma siamo stati molto bene! Abbiamo anche ricevuto indicazioni su luoghi vicini per consumare un pasto anche se la cucina è attrezzata di tutto! Consigliatissimo

Ich bin richtig glücklich mit der unterkunft! Ich hab mich von anfang an wohl gefühlt und konnte wunderbar schlafen! Die ausstatug ist auch perfekt mit Zahnbürsten einwegschlappen usw... Der weg zum Strand keine 5 minuten, und preis leistung ist top. Die ereichbarkeit zum Flughafen ist auch gut gegeben! Ich verbachte 1 Nacht dort und wenn ich wieder in Ancona bin werde ich aufjedenfall diese unterkunft in anspruch nehmen! Angela ist eine echt freundliche und herzliche Gastperson, für alle fragen offen und hilfsbereit! Ich kann jeden diese unterkunft ans Herz legen! mit freundlichen grüßen Julian

L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso,con diverse tipologie di illuminazione ( tanta cromoterapia), meravigliosa è la posizione praticamente sulla spiaggia. anche il terrazzo è ben attrezzato con salottino e tavolo con sedie....una cosa che ho molto apprezzato è che compreso nel prezzo ci sia un ombrellone con 2 sdrai nella spiaggia proprio di rimpetto e come se non bastasse il bar/ristorante sotto casa merita davvero( ristorante Filippo).. volevamo una vacanza rilassante con ogni confort e l'abbiamo avuta...ps: non perdetevi l'alba dalle immense vetrate della zona giorno. L'host è stato molto disponibile sempre!

Das war die schönste Wohnung in der ich je war. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war magisch und jeden Cent wert. Alessandro war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und hat uns unsere Anreise so einfach wie möglich gemacht. Die Lage ist perfekt, super Ruhig aber in 5-10 geh Minuten ist man mitten im Getümmel. Zusammenfassend immer wieder gern, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

The Place is absolutely amazing and we are sure to visit again very soon. The Property ticks all the boxes, It has very nice vibe, Its modern and evry tastefully planned, Has all the aminities that you can think of, even a lift to take you to the first floor if you dont want to carry your luggage up the stairs of if you have some one with mobility concerns. Its right next to the sea and a fantastic Seafood Restaurant. There are other Restaurants at walking distance with an equally amazing menu. The Host is such an amazing person and takes care of all your needs and gos that extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and at home. The Property when we came in was freshly done up and more aminites being added,so it will only get better and wil reccommend this place for a Short or even an extended stay. Only bit to mention is that the train line is right behind the House, but dont let it put you off as the trains are super fast and dissapear before you realize. 5 STARS Allover!!
