Welcome to Cairn Cottage, a classic one-room, stone cottage sitting a stones throw from the Osage Arm of The Lake of the Ozarks (69MM). Relax in nature from the cabin hot tub year around. From May to September (and sometimes later) you can enjoy the Kayaks and SUPs at the lake lot. Please note that the cottage and lake lot are a short drive from each other. A boat slip is available 5/31-9/7 upon request. We always recommend travel insurance but especially encourage it during winter months

Perfect location! AMAZING sunsets. This 3 bed/3 bath home has been completely renovated w/ granite, barn doors, grey paint, grey floors, new tiled master shower, etc. Outside there is a huge deck with games, martini deck w/ a bar, firepit, & mini fridge. The dock has a lily pad and high dive. Sleeps 13. The kitchen is stocked w/ coffee. There is a bar w/ 3 stools. Private circle drive that fits 4-5 SUVS/trucks. Fridge is stocked w/ essentials b/c this is our home away from home. Boat slip na.

Not just a room, you get the whole lower level suite for the price of a room! It`s a great deal! Plenty of parking, you are right in the middle of Osage Beach for maximum fun! Note since this is in a house it get listed as shared sometimes by ABB. Your deck, hot tub, living room, bedroom, are NOT shared with anyone. This is no different than having rented a condo and other people are in the building. Nothing is shared within your area.
