The cottage is very tasty, simple and very functional. The deck is a very nice space, where you can enjoy the scenery, enjoy the sun, rest, read, play in the company of the birds and the singing of the cicadas. You can walk to the center, around 9 km. This road is well wooded, has a very beautiful view, you can make a stop at the public waterfall. To return, take a taxi in the square because it's a lot of ascent. I spent a lot of time in the small waterfall below the chalet. A delight! The path is quite steep, but it's worth it. It has a very pretty BBQ area, but I didn't even use it.

We had a great experience! The cottage is very spacious and comfortable, with a lot of privacy…beautiful view! Cafe Breakfast is very well served. I highly recommend it for a peaceful and quiet weekend.

João's guesthouse is super charming! As my wife said, "Everything here has a repertoire." It's a great place to relax — and for those who have a puppy, it's really worth it. João has three super polite friends who make great company for your pet. Not to mention the region where the inn is located, which is so quiet that it seems like we've gone deaf... This is a relief for those who live in the hustle and bustle of the city.

The accommodation is ideal for those seeking tranquility and contact with nature. The house has everything we need for a relaxing weekend, and even with the cold weather (something we were looking for), we were well warmed. The shower is great, with very hot water even on the coldest days, and the electric bed sheet ensured cozy nights. A special detail is the stream that passes through the property, making the environment even more enchanting. As for access: we came via Fernão Dias, and the route was smooth, even with the stretches of dirt road in good condition coming from Cambuí. The GPS is almost always correct, but in the last 15 minutes, on the most rural roads, it can give some inaccurate directions. But with a little attention, you can get there without difficulty. I recommend it for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a cozy retreat!

I would like to start by thanking Anna for all her support! The place is extremely clean and organized, it has all the necessary utensils for a long stay, Anna is a great person, excellent food, unique treatment from the arrival reception to the check-out. I recommend not going in the rain, because the road is 6 km of dirt and some places are wet (the car gets stuck if it is not 4x4). It's interesting to bring items for cooking, so it's not necessary to leave the cottage.

Very cozy cottage, with everything we need to feel at home, but without excesses. The place is wonderful, quiet and with exuberant nature all around. The road to get there is very steep and not very favorable in the rain. But this distance from the city is also what makes the chalet charming. My family and I love it and will definitely be back!

We traveled with two daughters and a small dog, to rest and get to know Gonçalves. The cottage is modern, comfortable. There is a small kitchen in each of the chalets (there are two) with two burners and a minibar, but we don't even use it. There is a common area with a stove/oven, a wood-burning oven, a refrigerator and a larger sink, which we used (it was just us there). Unfortunately, the gas oven, although new, was having problems, and we could not use it. We ended up using the wood-burning oven/stove to bake cheese bread. There is a part of the property, across the road, with a small trail and access to the river, where you can bathe. This same river just below becomes the Simão Waterfall. From the rooms you can clearly hear the sound of the waterfalls. By car it is about 15 minutes to the city, mainly by dirt road, very good. We used Amanda's towels and bedding, which were clean and organized. There are some games and a small garden with seasonings. A great stay option.

We had a very pleasant time at the accommodation. I believe we chose the best option in Gonçalves, as it is right in front of the waterfall, beautiful view, pleasant sound of the running waters, privacy, comfort... in short, everything is very pleasant. Easy location, quick to get to the city. Compliments only

The place is charming, the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Karina's service was excellent. Clean, well-equipped place, perfect for those seeking tranquility, contact with nature and outdoor activities. Improvement points: I missed the iron, the fireplace is a bit of a hassle to keep lit. The dirt road that gives access to the cottage is the only drawback. It was in terrible condition, I was thankful it didn't rain. It also has no lighting and is poorly signposted. Tips: If you want to make the most of the city's attractions and are looking for convenience, I suggest re-evaluating your stay. The road to the center is long and traffic often does not help. Always leave the chalet early to return before 9 p.m. The road frightens at night, but the place does not appear to be violent.

It was me, my husband and our 7-year-old son. Perfect location to disconnect from the routine and still close to Campos do Jordão and Sto. Antônio do Pinhal, which is a very pleasant city without the crowds of Campos. We all loved the cottage and the whole place. A delight, drinking mineral water from all the taps, super comfortable beds, orchard, vegetable garden, trail, the entire space is decorated with great affection. Cottage equipped with everything we needed. The animals on the farm are a separate detail, my son loved it. Dani and the entire team are very attentive and kind. Everything and everyone there has a different energy. We barely left and want to go back.

The chalet is beautiful! Everything was very well organized and clean. The super equipped kitchen. We were able to enjoy everything the house offers, including the gold, because it was a good time. We had a power outage scheduled by Cemig for maintenance in the morning - but that did not hinder our experience. The night sky is impressive, I highly recommend lighting the fire and gathering friends while telling good stories. We had a great trip and made many beautiful memories.

We stayed at the cottage for 3 days to celebrate our first year of marriage and it was simply amazing! The place is exactly as shown in the photos: everything is very clean, organized and with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. The fire in the back was a charm in itself, even with the rainy weather, we were able to enjoy it a lot, and we even had the gift of the moon appearing between the clouds to say "hi" to us! The sound of the waterfall is a spectacle in itself. We didn't have the courage to go in because of the cold, but it was delicious to spend the days with that special noise in the background. We'll definitely be back in the summer! The deck with hammocks and the view of the green area is breathtaking, a perfect invitation to rest. I am very grateful for Monica's hospitality. Everything was wonderful! 💛
