Had a great stay! House was stocked with all the basics and very spacious for the family! great area easy to get into Salem and surrounding towns.

Amazing location, close to Salem, beautiful views right from the living room window! We brought our bikes and were able to ride everywhere, didn’t move the car all weekend! This home will exceeded our expectations. So much care has went into this home and it really shows. Exquisitely decorated, and well stocked. The owners (and their pups) are all very nice. We would recommend this home over and over again!

This was a sweet spot to land for a night. Thoughtful touches, comfortable layout, and perfect access to the waterfront. The water pressure in the shower is amazing, too! We enjoyed our brief stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

This home was very cozy and beautiful! We had a Wedding to attend at the Nantasket Beach Resort and this was only a 5 minute drive. We only stayed one night but would love to bring the whole family back for a beach vacation. Wonderful host, great communication, easy check-in and check-out.

Beautiful apartment in the Neck - probably the pettiest place I’ve been to in all of Boston. Highly recommended!

I wanted to take my mom to the Boston area and settled on just south of Boston I was lucky to come across Asha’s Airbnb listing. We had the most wonderful relaxing enjoyable stay far better than any hotel in the area . The house is exactly as stated super well appointed. Asha thought of everything to make guests comfortable and we truly enjoyed three days of beautiful sunny weather… So much so that we did not even set foot in Boston. Asha, thank you for a five star stay and we will definitely be returning maybe even this summer

Great location and big home. Good for two families (one per floor). Nice kitchen, dining and living area. Comfortable beds. Some items need a little love to finish them up, but that is to be expected in an older home. Great value for the price.

The place was just perfect! Cute, clean and comfortable. It sits right on a pond, and the sea is just on the other side of the street. Hull is a great place to experience coastal New England. And Jeff's place was ideal for my family and I. Jeff and Kathy were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and very responsive. They compiled an excellent guide to the area, and messaged us with recommendations too. The stairs are a bit narrow and steep, so that's one thing to keep in mind. But if you don't have mobility issues, it's not a problem at all. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely incredible stay. The host was very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the lake is stunning. The basement was so so fun- darts, ping pong, billiards, and more games. We miss the house already!

It was exactly what my family was looking for. It was relaxing and private. It allowed us to not feel cramped like a hotel stay, but allowed us to cook and enjoy the relaxing day. If you have a small kid, the golf cart is a must!

As described - great hidden gem in south Boston. Very nice pool and hot tub area for our family. The bakery and place called Crave up the street were great breakfast options!

Beautiful location and great house! We had a great time celebrating my 30th birthday with friends. The hot tub/pool is perfect for hanging out after sunset.

It’s a hotel. Right on the ocean with a Starbucks in the building. What more could you ask for in a spot?

Our stay at Rachel’s place was great! All of the instructions were super helpful and we felt right at home during our stay. The place is gorgeous and provided enough space and privacy for 3 friends sharing a week together. The Airbnb is in a great location - walkable to everything downtown Beverly has to offer, plus there’s easy parking! I’d also highly recommend checking out Rachel’s local guides to Beverly and surrounding towns (Salem, Rockport, etc.) - we referenced them multiple times and loved her recommendations! Thanks Rachel!

Four adults enjoyed the accommodations including ease to check in, communications with Mark and Alexandra, cleanliness of the home, location right on the water with beautiful sunrises, and wonderful walking location to all the Salem attractions. Mark and Alexandra were accommodating to my inquiry for early check-in which was very appreciated. Beds were comfortable. Shower was good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Overall, a great weekend experience at Mark and Alexandra’s home.

I am so thankful for this location. Casie has everything you need or want. If you think you left something before coming, don't worry, she'll have it there. Plenty of pots and pans to cook, if you like. My husband and I stayed during the week, so it was quiet and very peaceful. The neighbors are friendly. Walking distance from the ocean and plenty of restaurants, convenient stores or the market. Very convenient place to stay. Also, the bed is so comfortable and the place is clean. Spacious living room, dinning room and kitchen. We would definitely come back. Thanks again!

Beautiful apartment with everything you need to feel right at home, especially cooking utensils and teas and coffee. Right next to my favorite beach

This was a fantastic location. Not only was it close to the airport, but it was right next to all the venues we were trying to get to! On top of that, the Airbnb itself was clean, well-stocked, and had a ton of accessories like a tea kettle for a British lad staying with us. Overall, the 6 of us could not stop saying how good of an idea staying here was. And Jader is a fantastic host.

We felt instantly happy with our choice to book with Danielle & Matt. Danielle was so great with communication during our stay. You can tell a lot of attention to detail went in to setting up this Airbnb. Super clean space with a very comfortable bed. Anything you might have forgot to pack for your trip ( razors, melatonin, hairdryer) was easily assessed. I will say the only hang up we had was trying to put our son down for a nap, if your toddlers needs a completely dark room during the early afternoon it could be hard to get them down due to the sheer curtains Besides that we highly recommend booking!

Comfy quiet place, nestled in Swampscott. Close to great restaurants and short walk to the beach. Cynthia’s place was clean and comfortable. Had lots of amenities. Cynthia was amazing and allowed us to check out a bit later . Highly recommend Cynthia’s place if you’re staying in this area! We loved our stay!
