Our villa sits high on a mountain ridge with panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas, Puerto Vallarta to the north and Los Arcos to the south. The location and collection of villas is widely acknowledged as being some of the best PV has to offer due to the unparalleled location and the gorgeous architectural details of our enclave of villas. This is authentic coastal Mexico -- all the modern luxuries in a stunning setting. It is our paradise and home away from home, and we take great pride in sharing it with our guests! The villa is yours! From front to back and top to bottom! I am always available by email. We also have a property manager in PV, a housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, and regular maintenance services. As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

Villa Coralito B is located on one of the busiest streets in Zona Romantica in Old Town Vallarta. The house is THREE FLOORS WITH STAIRS and A PRIVATE ROOFTOP with pool, lounging and dining shaded by a massive Rubber Tree on the third floor which is accessed by the outside with SPIRAL STAIRS. The home is sleek and modern, architecturally designed using Mexican materials and colours. Due to the COVID 19 situation, this property has strict cleaning measures, any doubts with the house, please ask.

ESCAPE TO MEXICO - Our jewel box-style villa is a small and charming gem, the perfect size to accommodate up to 4 people. For breakfast and lunch, most guests prefer to be outside on the terrace. Our housekeeper, Maria comes to the villa 4 days per week. We offer a complementary continental breakfast for our guests. Maria can also prepare a full breakfast if the guests prefer, there is a reasonable fee for the larger breakfasts.
