The duplex is new, very comfortable, well equipped, 55' TV in the living room, 200 Mb internet. The condominium is located at the top of Morro do Elefante, very wooded and with a paved road. Distance of 2.7 km to the center of the tourist area of Capivari, being possible to go down on a relaxing walk, to go up you can take advantage of the cable car and then continue on foot to the apartment.
