Our spacious listed vacation villa is three-story and offers plenty of space for your vacation – it invites you to linger. There are 160 sqm at your disposal.On the 2nd floor there are two more sleeping rooms available if necessary. Around 1900 it was built here between the old city walls and Kinzig. It is located just 400 metres from the historic market square, with a view of the monastery complex, Kinzigtorturm and Kinzig. Almost everyone who sees the house falls in love at first sight.

Located in Grafenau, the villa Burschelberg with step-free access has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Landhaus Bürkle consists of a building ensemble: There is a main and an annex with a total of 7 apartments. The shingled hunting lodge has five apartments and a large common room . The annex has two other, larger apartments. Nestled in a park-like landscaped garden. Our apartments can be combined very flexibly, our house is very adaptable and so are we. FYI: We like children and dogs!
