My place is a perfect base in Sarlat for touring and relaxation near many interesting places like Lascaux. It's close to restaurants and dining, and you can walk to the historic centre. It’s good for families (with kids) and big groups. It's stylish, with a heated salt water pool and WiFi, open fire, two kitchens and UK and French TV. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the neighbourhood, and the outdoors space. And it's close to lots of castles and prehistoric caves. EV charger.

The entire property includes former agricultural buildings (Hangar). The property is located 5 minutes from the riverbanks and a bike path. 14 km from Sarlat and Souillac (Lot). Grocery store and postal service in the village are within walking distance. Local market in the town center on Sundays.

La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

This accommodation has three real independent bedrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Caroline the turtle will be with you, very discreet, at the bottom of the garden. You'll just have to feed her!
