Vacation rentals with a patio in Calvert County

This home was wonderful and just as described. While Blair was out of town, Karen treated us wonderfully, even greeting us upon arrival and offering to help us get inside. We didn’t need much, but she was immediately reachable and ready to make our stay great. Would absolutely stay again!

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was brief but sweet. A little steep for just one night, but very welcoming and easy.

Was a great location and nice condo. Was close to the metro. We used it to get into DC everyday.

Lovely apartment. Clean, well-appointed with everything we needed. Quiet, family-centric neighborhood that is walkable. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the parking space in the rear which allowed us to explore DC without worrying about navigating parking downtown. Lillian was communicative and proactive. The overview of the neighborhood and close by conveniences was helpful.

Jessica's basement apartment was very nice and had above and beyond amenities for the price. She was responsive and friendly. I'm happy with the unit however the thermostat is located in the host's living area so you will have to coordinate a temperature with her but she was always friendly and accommodating. I would happily book with her at this location again.

We rented A Little Slice of Cambridge because of the Iron Man competition held that weekend. It was convenient to the venue...and allowed to walk to the competition and nearby restaurants. Pamela was a wonderful host...communicating easily. The rental was well stocked with toiletries, dishes, pots and pans and extras. The house was comfy and the beds comfortable. An enjoyable stay...unfortunately, we weren't able to stay for more sightseeing...although I did walk down to the Lighthouse and beautiful wharf.

We came in very late our 3 hour drive turned into 4 1/2 due to severe thunderstorms and heavy rain. It’s was our safe harbor. Solomans island is very beautiful. Unfortunately we misunderstood the check out time on top of we were waiting on a boat surveyor. The place was clean and close to many attractions and shops.

Wish we could have stayed longer! We didn’t need to bring anything. All linens, paper products, towels, and kitchenware were provided. Right down to mosquito spray. picnic blankets, and s’mores. Charles was helpful, flexible, kind, and available. He was willing to give my kids and I an up close lesson on beekeeping. He has 5 well maintained hives on his property and was eager for us to come along checking in on them. It was very impressive! The property was beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. There are a few paths to venture out on. One lead to the private beach, another out to a close view of the bay. The deck was the show stopper. The view of the water was amazing. While sitting on the deck, there were hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer passing through. And we could see all of this from the comfort of the hot tub . The game room was a nice bonus. There was something for everyone: darts, poker, drawing, puzzles, movies, board games. I appreciate you sharing your cottage with us!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We came here to celebrate my daughter graduating from HS. This place is perfectly prepared and exactly as described. In a nutshell, the home is brand new and beautifully designed, yet tastefully simple, all in an amazing-looking and peaceful setting. Garrett and Lauren thought about everything. I am so used to renting AirBNBs and always having to pack extra "stuff" in case the towels end up being too thin, or the bed sheets below standards. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE here. The hosts made sure to have high-quality and clean linens, towels, appliances, furniture, mattresses, you name it... They did not cut corners, which reflects the utmost respect to guests. Wonderful experience. Thank you, Garrett and Lauren, for the awesome home, kindness, and above and beyond attention before, during, and after our stay.

It was a great stay and a perfect location for our quick family back east. It was very comfortable, clean and a the right size for our family of 4. It was nice to have our own place to stay and not to far from our family. We didn’t spend much time in the town but it looked cute with shops, cafes and restaurants. We had great communication with Maria, she was very quick to respond. Thanks for a great and comfortable stay!!

This was our second year in a row visiting Julya’s place! Our family loved it so much last year we booked as soon as we could for this season. The house was just as beautiful as we remembered, the kids even said it felt like home the second day. All the thoughtful things included are so nice (blackout shades for the kids, all the kids kitchen stuff, extras for all usable items, beach items). And we love the location! Easy to get to activities, we very much enjoyed the marine museum, the Imaginarium, fishing on the shea-d-lady, and sailing with Sail Solomons. Island Hideway was huge hit with the whole family for dinner. The house is an easy walk to the beach and the view is so cool, feels like a beach treehouse. Will hopefully be back again next year (if not at the end of this season!) 😁 Thank you Julya!!

My family had a wonderful stay at this BNB. Lots of space for everyone. Big rooms, really nice kitchen. It was very neat and clean. The neighborhood access to the beach was a plus. The neighborhood is very nice and convenient to the highway.

I absolutely loved staying here! The place was very clean, and the perfect location in North Beach. Close enough to walk to restaurants, but also quiet and private. I think it was much nicer than the photos even! I would stay again.

This served as a low key weekend retreat for us. We unplugged and enjoyed being in each other’s company. Being on the river, surrounded by trees and birdwatching was exactly what we needed. The kitchen was well appointed so we were able to enjoy family favorite activities (cooking together and playing board games).

Lori was super accommodating with our last minute booking and really friendly as we messaged back and forth. It made a bad situation at my house (dead electrical panel) an accidental 5 day vacation at Lori’s, so I really appreciated her for it! All the basics were provided in the kitchen and baths, and chargers in every room. There were even two desks, which was perfect since two of us telework. My dog is cranky and set in his ways, so he didn’t like the doggy door but I can see how it would be super convenient for a normal dog ;) And I had forgotten how much I like North Beach! Lori’s place is an easy 15 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Having the beach pass and beach towels provided was great, but I ended up on a shady bench along the boardwalk.

Brandon’s home was as beautiful as the pictures. We loved how easy it was to walk to everything in the town. The pool and rooftop patio were an added bonus. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen, and the house easily accommodated our group of 8. We will be back!

This is the place to book for your next DC trip!! Lovely hosts and a modern, clean space. Location is close to everything, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen, for nights you want to stay in and cook. We were in town for my masters graduation celebration and the hosts had a personalized note and grad gift for me when we checked in. Talk about hospitality!! We will definitely be booking again!

Great stay! I enjoyed this place and it was great that it’s next door to chick fil la and a gas station. I know some others have complained about noise from chick fil la, but I didn’t have any issues. Hans was very responsive and allowed me to check in early. Hans was easy to speak with and ensured I felt comfortable in the place. I kept open communication with the Hans and received positive response. Hans was okay with allowing another guest to visit although there’s a strict guest policy. Just be honest and ask first! The unit does have limited space. I thought it would be a bit bigger, but it was enough for a group of 3. Another thing is that there are large high windows that don’t have any coverings which is great lighting, but also lacks privacy. From the street, you could see directly upstairs if the lights are on so be aware of what you’re wearing and doing. (Especially at night) Overall, great stay. I would stay again at one of the higher levels for the views!!

Loved the location of this place peaceful and walkable to many restaurants. Was a little bummed with the pool hours but all and all would stay again.

This was an awesome stay! If you have infants their place is a must as it is easily baby proofed and has so many accessible items!

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

This was a beautiful, and comfortable apartment to stay in. David was an incredible host. This was our first time in Annapolis, which is a beautiful town with a lot to do, and plenty of great places to eat. The location of the apartment was perfect, and was in short walking distance of pretty much everything. If you are looking to stay in Annapolis, this is the spot. Really comfortable, and has an awesome deck to sit outside and enjoy a beverage on. Thanks David!

Place was exactly what was listed and it was perfect for our long weekend trip to DC. We loved staying there and would stay again if ever in the area
