House vacation rentals in Calumpit

This is our second time booking Ms. Dina's place, and I'm sure there will be many more to come. We’ll definitely recommend it to others. It truly feels like home, peaceful neighborhood, cozy atmosphere, and most of all, Ms. Dina is incredibly accommodating. Thank you once again for allowing us to create wonderful memories at your place.

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

The place was very clean, also the pool. The house is very spacious and included everything we needed for our stay. It’s centrally located for quick access to the expressway or Clark.

Location is good, near Clark and Friendship hiway where a lot of restaurants are located. The place is clean and bery near the gate. The pool is dirty though, I gues because there's a lot of construction going on and it's a community pool. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

I like the house—it feels luxurious. The neighborhood feels very safe. I also like how the utensils are complete. The Air-conditioning is great. I’d love to go back there if I get the chance.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants, and in a safe neighborhood. Our host was very responsive and accommodating, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

Anei's place is situated in a safe gated subdivision. It was easy to find thru waze. The location is near downtown Angeles, near Clark, and also near San Fernando so everything is within easy reach. All in all it was a good place to stay. The price is reasonable and the host responds quickly. She even gave us complimentary cheese bread from the famous local bakeshop. It was delicious. Thank you!

My main issue of the overall condition of Unit and of Kandi Condos. Near the end of stay there were issues with the AC and the Roof leaking in two areas. Jay responded quickly and the AC issue was resolved but the unit is definitely showing its age and so was the gym on the roof. Most if the equipment was quite old

Frederick’s La Francesca Residence is an absolute gem. Nestled in a subdivision, don’t be dissuaded by older properties in the area. Frederick’s place has a modern design with beautiful features and cozy furniture. Quiet and quaint comes to mind. The residence is well thought out. Staff were responsive and friendly. Simple touches throughout the property made it feel like home. No need to cook though because the property is right behind SM where you’ll have access to a variety of cafes/restaurants. La Francesca is definitely worth a stay and a return. Thank you Frederick and team!

We really enjoyed our stay in Bacolor! The place was super spacious and clean—just like the photos. It had a nice, comfy vibe and everything we needed. The host was also friendly and responsive.

Place is very nice with extra amenities like books and gym equipment which you can use in idle time. It’s clean and the neighborhood is quiet. A convenience store is also within walking distance. You might need to bring extra shampoo/soap/toothpaste though if you’re planning to bathe multiple times.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Jez and Rheden’s place! The space was clean, clutter-free, and had everything we needed. Rheden gave us a quick tour and walked us through how to use the equipment, which was super helpful. They were also very responsive and thoughtful, bringing us extra water and the sheets we requested. Just a tip: if you’re used to sleeping in a colder room, you might want to bring your own comforter for added warmth. Overall, a great experience, highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Definitely worth the price!!! My friends and I went here and it became our motivation to become successful. They were all be like "I want a house like this" even the cookware set was noticed by my male friends. It is unusual for boys to be amazed with the non stick pans. Meanwhile, I am very picky and have high standards when it comes to airbnb houses/condos because I can't sleep when I'm not comfortable with the place but this one really satisfied me. I swear this house is better in actual than in photos. When we entered the house it smells so good and I had to ask for the diffuser since I am a fan of air freshener. They also have a parking space but we have to park the other car infront of the house since it only fits 1 small car but it's very safe though. Overall, kudos to the very responsive host.

We found Leah Levine's to be a truly exceptional place, and we would recommend it to others. The owner was also responsive to queries and approachable.

Renzo and Robert were wonderful hosts. The house that my family stayed at was immaculate and smelled great. The rooms were brightly lit, wonderfully clean, and with cold a/c. The bathrooms were modern in design, well maintained, and the showers had hot water. The wifi was fast and strong to my kids' delight. My father-in-law liked that there was Netflix on the tvs. He liked to wind down and relax in the living room. The dirty kitchen in the back was pretty convenient. I wouldn't even call it "dirty" - it was spotless and comfortable to be in. It felt like we were staying in a model home. We felt safe and secure staying in this gated subdivision with guards. My family absolutely enjoyed our stay at the House of David and would recommend it to others if they were looking for a place in the Angeles area. We'll probably stay here again.

We had an amazing experience at this resort. The place was clean, beautiful, and exactly as described in the listing. The surroundings were peaceful as it is in a private subdivision. The location was great as well — just a fee kilometers from San Fernando Exit. What really made the stay special was the host — Ms. Faye was kind, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. She happily accomodated our requests for additional blankets and late check out until 1pm. Perfect for small family gatherings.

Jennifer was highly responsive and very understanding. The location is conveniently close to KDR where I needed to be early in the morning. I will book again!

Loved the place. AC worked great and the kitchen fan was perfect. beds were comfy enough for some solid sleep and we had a great couple of days there. would love to co.e back.

Villa Amuntai is a beautifully designed villa. While there were a few things that needed maintenance, these didn’t affect our overall experience. The place itself is just great and we felt very safe. The hosts were respectful, responsive, and patient in answering our questions. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the entire villa is well-netted, especially since we had been told in advance about the possibility of insects. That’s to be expected in a tropical setting, especially near fruit-bearing trees. Just bring insect repellent and you’ll be fine. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

Next time my family goes on vacation to Philippines,still look if the this place is available to stay in. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Minor thing is mosquitoes and crawling insects get in to the room due to a gap in between doors and short curtain’s,so we have to used our luggage bag to blocked the bottom of the glass door. For sure that can be done in the future. The rest perfect. Thank you
