The house is located, at the gates of the Beaujolais and the Golden Stones, 10 km from Villefranche-sur-Saône and 25 km from central Lyon. Ideally located in a village near an exit of the A6 motorway, the listing is located in a wing of our family home (character house), and has a private entrance. It is organized on two levels, can accommodate 4 people and a baby. The whole property benefits from wifi via fiber, and is non-smoking.

I offer an independent guest room with private bathroom on the ground floor of my house which was also my architecture and painting studio. (I live on the lower floor). You enter a private bright space that leads to the room with views of a wooded area with office and private bathroom (spacious shower, sink, separate toilet). We are across from the Cité Internationale. Room renovated this summer. Features a shower and sink, office area and balcony overlooking the garden. If you'd like to arrive on Sunday night, you can ask us! I offer breakfast in addition to renting the room. Bus 9 drops you off in downtown Lyon in 10 minutes. Check-in possible from 6pm. Checkout before 11am.

There is a castle, restaurants and small shops nearby, only a 5-minute walk from the house. The shopping centre is a 10-minute car or tram ride, with many shops and a large supermarket.

Bike station also very close. Very close to Lumière II and Jean Moulin Universities. Very lively area with lots of quality bars and restaurants.
