From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful weekend, the apartment does not lack any detail, very clean and tidy, ideal for spending a few days with the family. Carmen, the host, is a beautiful person, very helpful and kind. We recommend it 100%, we will repeat!!!!

very well equipped apartment, very clean, with amazing views. Parking space is an undeniable bonus. The location makes it easy to radiate all over the island. We had a pleasant stay. Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

Wonderful place. Location is great, parking is free and right infront. Views from the place are just one time. Happy we booked and stayed for a week. We had to book for even more!!

All in all, a wonderful place to stay. You have absolute peace of mind, as you live secluded on a mountain. In the house itself there is another accommodation that was not occupied during our visit. Kitchen utensils available, but you have to get everything in terms of spices/oil. The listing says 2 single beds + sofa bed, but it is 1 double bed + sofa bed. It's not really big, but it's totally fine. If you are looking for luxury, this is the wrong place. Those who want to have their peace must come here. There were two of us there for 5 nights, absolutely recommend it

I've rented Nurias place with a group of friends, stayed there for 7 days and enjoyed every single one of them. It was clean, cozy, there was also an awesome grill and huge terrace upstairs on which we spent most of our evenings. It was a pleasure to talk with Nuria, she was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place :)

From the minute I paid for the booking and my initial contact with Julio, I must say Julio replied quickly & comprehensively to my messages👌 The apartment was perfect for my mother (82years old), she felt safe and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, as well as access to the pool was so easy being on the same floor👌 For me the location was perfect to cycle from, secure area and a perfect base to discover the delights of the south of the island All in all a perfect 5 days for us both- Thank you very much Julio - we’ll be back🤩

A well situated apartment with private terrace and free access to beautiful pool overlooking the sea, a ten minute walk to a small local beach. I really enjoyed my stay here. I was given a discount due to the heavy building works taking place opposite which the host was upfront about on their Airbnb posting. Extremely grateful to Christian for the flexibility on my check in time, friendly host with lots of local recommendations. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay. Ideal spot for playa del duque. Loved that we had sun loungers on the balcony with towels provided. No complaints! We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Javier was hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay with. He‘s always quick to reply, caring, friendly and just such a positive person. His apartment features an unmatchable view, basically straight from heaven - you wake up and fall in love with what you see. I‘m also in love with the small details like binoculars to enjoy the view even more. Javier even messages us around the time of arrival, welcoming us, which I think is a really kind gesture and shows that he’s indeed a caring host! He was also quick to provide us some restaurant recommendations :) Parking is totally fine, you park on the street in front of the building - walking distance is between 2-5 minutes depending on how lucky you got while looking for a parking spot. Last but not least, we were also offered to check out late, which perfectly matched our plans :) We’ll 100% come back and stay here again, thank you so much Javier!

The Villa is as seen in the photos, or almost better, with spectacular sea views from the teraza, the princpal bedroom, the living room and the kitchen. Private pool, large and clean. We paid to have the hot water and enjoyed it all the way. The Villa was clean and all the towels and savannas smelled great. In the closet of each bedroom there were pool towels, bath towel changes and linen changes. Very well equipped kitchen, bedrooms with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, living room with sofa + very large TV. Many places to sit both inside the villa and in the teraza. Smooth parking very close to the house. Small beach, shops and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. I recommend Restaurante Tasca Don PEPE, Tapas and excellent meals and well-behaved and friendly staff. Many thanks to Tatiana and Galina for their professionalism and the good communication we had. I recommend the Villa 100% !!!

Great place to stay with young children (even the biggest ones by the way). Extremely well equipped (toys, baby bathtub, baby bed and many other things like a night light, baby bath towel, pharmacy kit etc.) Bath sheets, beach games Nice terrace with barbecue. Super equipped kitchen also allows you to really cook. Filtered water at qq centimes a few meters away Extra location 5 min from a nice beach (much more authentic than those of Costa adeje etc...) easy street parking. Pool in the residence. 10 min from Adeje (city that retains a certain authenticity) A little attention upon arrival. Thank you for this stay that allowed us to enjoy the area with our children

An unforgettable experience in this beautiful house with breathtaking views of Los Gigantes. An excellent solution that combines relaxation and tranquility with the possibility of getting around by car to the most beautiful destinations in Tenerife. The house is a dream, having a wow view of the ocean and the cliffs of Los Gigantes. The pool, non-exclusive, also super appreciated! Super recommended!
