Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Callantsoog

Beautiful family home and welcoming hosts-highly recommend for families! Hosts were so helpful in recommending nearby restaurants, offering tips for the transit system etc. I wish we had spent more time enjoying their home during this trip to visit Amsterdam as the home is a gem-the outdoor spaces are lovely. The movie projector screen and large collection of movies was so fun to use. The home is in an ideal location to use as a home base to access nearby Amsterdam or the even closer and very charming town of Zaanse Schans.

Lovely stay in a beautiful location with easy access to Amsterdam using public transport. Very helpful hosts with frequent communication answering any questions and even booking dinner on our behalf. Highly recommended!

We loved the place and we didn't miss anything. Everything was as described and very clean. We felt very comfortable and recommend the apartment with a clear conscience!

We were traveling by bicycle and used Ben and Inge's accommodation for 3 nights. On the one hand, the proximity of Amsterdam (with a bus stop nearby and the train from Weesp... totally easy!) and the really beautiful small towns of Weesp, Muiden and Naarden. Inge brought us an incredibly great breakfast every morning on request. She is a great, very friendly host. Thank you so much for this great start to the day. We felt very comfortable with Ben and Inge and appreciated their hospitality very much. The small independent apartment is very quiet, very clean and cozy (as in the photos). Probably the best AirBnB we‘ve been to in the Netherlands! Absolutely amazing renovated traditional house that felt cosy and right at home. We were 4 adults and one child (aged 8). The hosts were kind enough to set an extra bed for my daughter, which was very comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen. We didn’t miss anything. Very quiet and private location and beautiful surroundings. The garden is very peaceful and there is even a water channel at the back! We‘re absolutely looking forward to staying here again soon.

Super nice stay if you want to bring your dog. Beautiful fenced garden where the dog can run freely. Quiet area, nice beds and a nice living room with spacious kitchen. We'll be back!

The house was very well equipped for a family gathering. The kitchen was great for preparing family meals. We were 8 for part of our stay and the large dining room and lounge were ideal for our group. You do need a car or bike to get into Abcoude. Frustratingly parking in Abcoude is not good with 2 hour time limit so bit of a hassle to go to Amsterdam by train as required parking quite a distance from the station and walking but we figured a way that worked for us. The little restaurant next door is busy particularly at weekends but is handy for a bite to eat or a drink. The house has a lovely countryside setting which suited us but does come with drawbacks for example the WiFi isn’t great and the abundant bird life can be ‘messy’ but that’s nature😊 Would definitely stay again.

Serge is a great host. We were warmly welcomed and had a wonderful stay in his apartment. Serge was available around the clock, gave us great tips for activities and showed us his farm. We were also allowed to get to know the horses there up close. The apartment was just like the pictures, beautifully decorated, and very clean. We felt very comfortable and will certainly come back on our next visit to Holland.

Yasmin’s place was amazing! Unfortunately we had a short stay so we didnt get to experience everything she had to offer but the amenities were great and it was a beautiful location as well. She is also super friendly and communicated well. We would definitely book again.

First of all, Alex, Liz and their parents are really very warm and caring for their guests. They can be reached at any time. Thanks to their hospitality, we immediately felt like we were on vacation. The apartment is very nice and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped and sunny for breakfast and starting a beautiful day. The garden is beautiful and there are plenty of small discreet corners where you can sit. It was an enchanting break and we hope to return.

The apartment and courtyard fully corresponded to the information and published pictures. Very clean, tastefully and lovingly furnished, lots of little extras. Very quiet location, within walking distance to the center. Machteld welcomed us very nicely, is always approachable and has good tips for excursions, food, etc.

I enjoyed my stay in Muiderberg. I needed a convenient place to stay for one night in between moving house and this apartment was the perfect solution. The host was very flexible with the check-in time and even let me park a large van in her driveway. The accommodation itself was spacious, clean and had a nice atmosphere. It's actually much nicer than the photos used on Airbnb. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a quieter place to stay nearby Amsterdam or to someone who wants some days away in a cute dutch town.

The apartment is small but nice has everything you need. Thildy and her husband are super friendly and helpful. We ordered breakfast the first day and it was delicious and sumptuous. Especially our little one was thrilled with all the great toys, the trampoline and the hammocks in the garden. The surrounding area is great for bike rides or trips to the beach and dunes. Washing machine and towels cost extra, which we are not used to from AirBnB. But all toys are free and Thyldi helped us on a private issue, which was very kind. We had a really nice and relaxing time there!

A beautiful location, weekend and enjoyed the area and the beach at Egmond aan Zee and wonderful space under the canopy where you can sit in the garden. Apartment with everything and very neat and clean and enough space. Kirsten very welcoming and everything as described is correct. It is definitely recommended for a weekend getaway.

The price-performance structure is easy here. Simple and clean, everything you can expect for 4 beds in a mobile home. The location between Callantsoog and Groote Keeten is ideal. The description is suitable for the property. We felt very comfortable here on a long weekend and very welcome from Kady!

The cottage was beautiful, very peaceful with views of sheep and the hosts happy chickens walking about. We were able to get public transport into the centre of Amsterdam fairly easily, the bus stop is super close by and they come regularly. Having two bathrooms was great as there were 5 of us! The honesty box was lovely and very helpful for when we first arrived, this contained cold drinks, snacks and honey from their own bees. Thanks for having us! 🥰

We had a wonderful few days at Jody and Huib's beautiful place. The chalet is fantastically located – both the sea and the IJsselmeer can be reached quickly, and some places worth seeing in the area can also be easily accessed. The accommodation was sparkling clean and superbly equipped – there was really everything you need for a comfortable stay. There were useful utensils in the kitchen, and even in the bathroom everything was thought of – perfect in case you forgot something. The rooms are very tasteful and decorated with a lot of love for detail – you feel welcome from the first moment. The private garden access was ideal for our dog who could move freely there. However, the absolute highlight was the direct water access with private area – simply fantastic. We will be happy to come back and can highly recommend the accommodation as well as the hosts Jody and Huib:)

Wonderfully comfortable chalet! Good beds, easy to heat, nice sofa and table, attractively decorated.

The cabin is simply a dream in the countryside! So lovingly made and you can relax so well and unwind. Just as beautiful as in the photos, so definitely recommended! It is wonderfully quiet, but you can also be in the nearest town within a few minutes. The apartment is clean and cozy and you have what you need. I'm sure we'll be back! Judith and Juul are so nice and helpful, that's not a given! :)

We had a wonderful stay! The place was super clean, lovingly decorated and exactly as described. The location was perfect – quiet but still central. Mandy-Remko was very friendly, easy to reach and provided us with great tips. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

The cottage is very nicely decorated, cozy and offered everything we needed. We especially liked the small garden, at the end of which a sheep meadow begins. We were there by car and made various excursions, for example to Harlingen (very pretty harbor town) and Tescherling (beautiful island). In Den Oever itself you can walk wonderfully on the dike. A big supermarket is not far and there is a delicious fish shop at the harbor, which was always well visited. We very much enjoyed our time and were able to relax very well. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed very much our time here! Angreth and Joost have been super welcoming, friendly and helpful, we really felt at home. Plus, the house was tiny, cozy, with everything we needed, and the garden outside, surrounded by the flowers fields is wonderful: our kids (3) had the best time of their lives here! We hope to come back again one day!
