Welcome to Spencer Ranch. The remodeled home sleeps 8 adults inside, but allows for more guests if you want to bring in an RV, trailer, or throw up some tents. We are sitting on 8.5 beautiful acres, surrounded by horses, cattle, and even a small forested area with walking trails. The home has all new appliances, A/C, and WIFI, to keep everyone comfortable and entertained, while still allowing you to unplug and enjoy some peace and quiet on this large property. Great place for the whole family!!

We only have one unit here, so come be our exclusive guests. Drive down our road through trees and cattle fields and stay on the edge of the woods in a pocket of privacy. Our property is full of mature elm and oak trees. We have 7 acres of park like trails cut and mowed throughout the property. We protect our wildlife habitats so wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property.

Welcome to the Bunk House. Come experience the "pretty place" in a 420 sq ft mini-house designed to provide a comfortable and secluded space within a ranch setting. It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!

300Ac Baugh Farm btwn Austin & Round Top

Our family is moving into our 3rd generation of enjoying this 300-plus acre farm. It offers lots of space and a century old farmhouse for peaceful country nights. Bring your walking shoes to explore as numerous trails are available. We also have three well-stocked tanks for fishing. Separate from the house rental, we also have Syler Hall, a barn that's perfect for events, such as weddings and family celebrations. Unwind in this modern cabin where nature meets comfort. Enjoy an interactive experience with friendly farm animals eager for pets and treats. We have piglets, baby goats, and calves right now until end of August. Close to Circuit of the Americas, Bastrop, Austin Airport, and Smithville.

Gingered Swan

The Gingered Swan is one of our favorite tiny and artistic designs. It has an 80 sq. ft. footprint downstairs & a 70 sq. ft. space upstairs. There is a small Living area & kitchen sink, (but no plumbing right now) an upstairs porch and NO bathroom (You will use the community bathhouse). There is no TV or wifi. Well behaved dogs are allowed with a $20 pet fee per reservation. No smoking in our tiny houses.

HILL CABIN, Relaxing Victorian Style - 14 Guests

Relaxing Country Victorian style Cabin. Wonderful valley views on 46 acres. Property has private pond and farm animals to hand feed. This Cabin fits 14 guests comfortably. With 2 fire pits one by the pond and the other next to the cabin. One large BBQ pits with seating for 16, and other seating for nice outdoor get togethers.
