I fell in love with the hotel, with the apartment! Flawless apartment, beautiful and spacious, I would go back a thousand times

Very nice, large and pleasant apartment, has plenty of appliances for cooking and preparing meals. Hotel with 7 to 8 swimming pools and a very quiet environment, great for those looking to rest and escape the hustle and bustle of big hotels.

The apartment was very clean, the place is quiet and in front of the river. The apartment staff are kind to do the check-in and check-out, everything very fast. The host responds very quickly and is very kind. We had a wonderful weekend and we will definitely return soon.

It was the third or fourth time that I rent the apartment of Dona Marcia, as always very attentively and capricious in every detail of her beautiful apartment, ideal for those who seek comfort and practicality because Caldas Novas to the FDS is difficult to park and her apartment is a few meters away from everything including the night fair, that is... leave the car in the garage. This time we went with the new baby member of the family and Mrs. Marcia surprised me with tips and ideas for better stay due to not having a crib, but in the end it was not missed due to the facilities and items in her apartment. we will return soon and I'm sure I know where we will stay.

We liked it very much, the apartment is very cozy, everything was clean, the kitchen is great, it has everything you need, the location is great, close to everything. The leisure area is excellent and very beautiful. We will definitely return!

I loved spending the day with my family here, the very family atmosphere, with a variety of pools. I loved it and I already want to go back again! I recommend renting it, the environment is perfect and all the hotel staff are super polite, I really loved it!

Very quiet place and meets the descriptions. Close to the pool, which makes it very easy to go home. Only beds for 8 people. The others only if you are a child, because the mattress is very thin. There were 9 of us and we were accommodated.

The stay was amazing! The house was super clean, smelled good, with everything we needed — from kitchen utensils to that nice homey atmosphere. It was three super nice days with my family and friends. I took my two pets and they were also very well received (they even got treats!). Thank you so much for Nanda's warm welcome. My experience in the house was very good! The house was exactly as shown in the listing photos, which was great. Yasmim was a very polite and helpful host, always available to help. My family had a lot of fun in the Jacuzzi, which was a highlight of the stay. We already knew the location was a bit far from the center, so that wasn't a surprise, but it's something to consider depending on your itinerary. The floor around the Jacuzzi is slippery, so it's important to be careful when getting out - Most of the pots didn't have a lid, which made it a little difficult when cooking. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I recommend it for those looking for a comfortable place and with a great host. With a few small adjustments, I'm sure the experience can be even more amazing!

Very good! Daniel was super helpful in assisting us through the chat, always answered all questions, at the house we were received by his mother who showed us the entire house. Mr. Donizete, the caretaker of the house is a lovely person! We sure will return again

Fantastic place!!! Paulo is a great host, he welcomed us at the door, very kind. The house is very good, very cozy for the family and children, great for barbecuing, getting together. Large rooms and good beds, everything as advertised. The condominium is excellent, with easy access to swimming pools for children and the elderly. Super recommended for family and friends!!

I was hosted innumerable times in Caldas Novas with my family but surely this was the best of all. Apartment with great structure, full kitchen, air-conditioning in the bedroom. High speed internet beyond the condominium structure with great pools and impeccable cleaning. I highly recommend it.

a great place as shown in the photos, nothing to complain about, everything was as expected with enough utensils to prepare a good meal, excellent bed, air-conditioning, clean apartment...however, the pools, most of them are cold, 1 is warm and others are more lukewarm than cold.
