Vacation rentals with beach access in Calcatoggio

Michelle and Bruno are very friendly and welcoming hosts. We had a great time at the apartment which offers very nice services and a beautiful view of the Ajaccio Golf Course (beautiful sunsets every night, a treat!!). Begin the day with birdsong,☕️, and exquisite sea views! Our 10 day stay began with the much needed “take charge” actions of our generous hostess who picked us up at the airport, stopped for a brief grocery shop, & ice. We were suffering from jet lag and could just settle in for the day—so grateful 🙏. We have stayed in 100+ Airbnb all over the world 🌎, no one has offered this. The 6th floor apartment is well designed, impeccably clean with two balconies, a Mountain View from the shower window, well-stocked kitchen, easy to use modern appliances and fridge with starter water, juice, butter, a pantry with salt, sugar, jams, buscottes, honey, and many coffee choices for the Bosch/Tassimo machine. Enjoy the sea view balcony from the master bedroom as well as the living room— passing through top quality sliding doors. The exterior metal blackout screens assures darkness-quality sleep. Thanks to Sandra for a comfortable home. You have thought of everything to make it wonderful 🙏

Sonia is a great host who was super accessible and welcomed us very warmly. We liked the apartment very much: Our highlight was the balcony overlooking the bay. Rooms are large, have high ceilings and are decorated with beautiful old furniture. The bed is new, modern and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the contact and the stay in Sonia's apartment and would be happy to come back! We can fully recommend a stay!

Everything is very good both location and well-maintained apartment, clean with everything you need and in line with the description except for the access to the sea that does not happen live from the garden but is still on the beach. We will definitely be back even if the price compared to the area and the services offered by the area is a little overestimated. Anyway, we had a great stay! Thank you!

We had a wonderful family stay. Everything was perfect, both the accommodation with its pool and its magnificent view of the sea and the mountain. An idyllic setting, a beautiful quiet garden. The accommodation is very clean, tastefully decorated. We were greeted by Marie José and Paul with great kindness. They are very considerate and welcoming. If you are looking for tranquility, this is the ideal place. We were able to visit the creeks of Piana, Cargèse, Ajaccio, all while being in a quiet area. everything was perfect we'll be back with pleasure.

The apartment is ideally located, the amenities are perfect, the bed is extremely comfortable, the view is splendid. We had a perfect stay in this beautiful town. Virginie is available, responsive, gives good advice and is very warm. We highly recommend it and will be happy to go back.

This large apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the city and very well maintained and equipped. Jérôme is a thoughtful host and gives good tips. Please note that it is on the 5th floor without an elevator, but the reward once you arrive is the superb view of the port. If your rental coincides with the fishermen's festival, you will be at the center of the activities and you can enjoy the festival until 2 a.m. without leaving your bed 😉 We are delighted with the stay and hope to return there one day, soon if possible.

Everything perfect: huge terrace with fantastic sea view incl. Sunset. Apartment and terrace tastefully furnished down to the last detail. The journey to Porto is quite long and sporty over winding roads. If you are there, the surrounding area also offers a lot , especially hiking and boat tours . Beach for swimming 5 min walk (very rocky ) Melissa was always easily accessible , everything very straightforward. The beautiful jewelry shop of her family right below the property is a nice meeting place. Great !!!

I feel so incredibly lucky to have found this piece of paradise! My only regret is not staying longer!

Eric and Edith's place is one of the classiest AirBNB's I've ever stayed in. The apartment is even better than the pictures - the floor layout and composition of everything including tasteful furniture and decor is perfect. Lovely, partly wild garden lot. Lots of space in the apartment - huge patio for star-gazing. Beautiful view onto the sea and coast. Good for watching sunsets. The neighborhood is off the beaten track but it's easy enough to get to several towns and attractions in the southwest of Corsica. A dirt road going by the house leads down to a beautiful beach with a very good family-run restaurant. Edith is very responsive and is concerned that guests have a good stay. I highly recommend this listing.

We had an amazing time staying at Didier's place! The location was perfect for walks in the low hills and coast, visits to the beach and harbour towns for boat tours/water activities. Didier gave us great advice on what we might enjoy doing and which days the weather looked best for different activities. Didier also shared his knowledge of the local area with us and showed us his Corsican life. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Welcoming and easy to live in house, very well equipped in a timeless place, splendid view that invites you to disconnect completely

We were two couples and lived our stay. The pictures of the house do not do justice to the privacy that the house provides. There are no neighbours looking onto you and vice versa. There are many places to sit in the house and also the various verandas and a great outdoor table for meals. Robin has used windows well with fabulous views. There is a good shutter system as well. The house is an easy walk to the beach, which was super clean and there is a bar for an aperitif. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is great to discover other parts of Corsica, we spent a day doing the local wineries and another to visit Porto V and Bonifacio with a beautiful drive through the mountains. Robin provided great recommendations for local restaurants…A Pignata, with a set 65euro meal and we loved A Machja. Get Robin to give you an instruction on opening and closing the washing machine….. Fabulous stay and we will be back.

A great villa in the style of 1960s Hollywood. The villa is entered through a large living area with open kitchen (3 refrigerators and amenities that are better than most homes) and dining area, very spacious. A hallway to the bedrooms and bathrooms. There is enough storage space in the bedrooms, a separate room With washing machine and dryer. One side, as well as the downhill-facing outdoor area in front, is equipped with a wooden veranda and is perfect for sunbathing after visiting the pool, but with a view of Propriano, the sea and the coast. The outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill, as well as gas grill and fryer is an absolute plus. Here you can switch off for a long time and simply enjoy! The service (personal reception with guided tour of the villa, intermediate cleaning and short communication channels) was absolutely top and worked without problems. Everything is highly recommended!!! Thank you and hopefully see you soon.

The location is beautiful sea view You need to use the car to go to the beach, everything is nearby. You can go there without so much as a second thought I'll be back, that's for sure. Myriam is a great host! The accommodation is great: super well furnished with beautiful decoration without forgetting everything that is available on arrival. A real plus that does not clutter suitcases (bedding, towels, shower gels, blanket etc. and even beach towels) everything is provided without forgetting the welcome pack She is always available and has very good recommendations. Everything is great - only the address given on Airbnb does not match the actual address - it is best to have the GPS data sent. Otherwise very nice accommodation, very well maintained and clean, the landlady is very friendly and helpful.

Laetizia is friendly and helpful. She gave us good tips regarding bakery, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is functionally furnished; I have hardly encountered a better furnished apartment on Airbnb. A fairly large sandy beach is right by the sea; you go out the back entrance and you're on the beach. A shower would be desirable. The apartment with private parking is very suitable for people with a car. Without it, it is rather difficult, because public transport is supposed to be unreliable (statement by Laetitia).
