Ambleteuse is a village nestled between the Baie de la Slack, Cap Gris Nez, Cap Blanc Nez, its marked hiking trails (Gr120, EV4). The dike walk will give you a view of the Fort, its beach, its rocks. Restaurants and beach within walking distance of the house.

Our cottage is located in a small village at the foot of the Artois hills, not far from Saint Omer, Aire sur la Lys and Béthune and has 2 charming rooms decorated with originality, all equipped with private bathrooms and separate toilets. You will also find in this cottage a dining/living/equipped kitchen, as well as a summer kitchen located in the garden on the ground floor. A covered terrace equipped with garden furniture is also available to you.

This former 19th century bakery, completely renovated in 2021, enjoys a unique setting. After welcoming many travelers to our cottage "Le Roi des Oiseaux", we are delighted to present "Le Roitelet", a guest suite designed for two people. For several months, we carefully renovated and furnished part of our farmhouse to make it a comfortable and charming space. Our desire: to create an authentic place while preserving the soul of the house thanks to the choice of noble materials that respect its history.

Cottage and meadow

It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing: everyone will find it's own. Near Belgium: Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. The house is in the heart of nature: in the middle of a meadow, close to tall trees and a water point. A peaceful, relaxing place. An ideal base for hikes or to more touristic sites. On request, breakfast: 13 euros/person.
