The place is 100% recommended, the apartment has everything you need to rest during a nice vacation in Pucón, very clean, tidy, spacious, comfortable, cozy. The condominium is super nice, quiet, very peaceful, very beautiful green areas, easy access and close to downtown Pucón. For his part, Felipe is very attentive, always responds quickly, gives you very clear directions from the first moment, excellent communication. I would definitely stay there when I return to Pucón... Recommended without a doubt.

The stay, wonderful!!!! I was with my 1 year 10 month old baby and we enjoyed it very much... the apartment is very nice, it is warm and meets all the amenities mentioned and more! Since she welcomed us with delicious snacks and even thought of my baby🥹 Nataly, an excellent host!

An excellent place to spend a few days in Pucon. Having a washing machine was a plus for us. Very organized, with a stove and plenty of bedding in case of cold days, a very spacious refrigerator and a well-equipped kitchen. Recommended!

Lovely apartment! Well appointed with everything we needed. Cesar met us at the apartment and explained everything to us. We had a flexible check in time and check out time which made life easier. There was a washing machine and drier in another building which needed tokens. If you have a Chilean bank account you can do a bank transfer to purchase the tokens but it’s more difficult if you don’t. However, Cesar very kindly bought the tokens for us and we gave him the cash. Thank you Cesar! And to Alejandro for the use of your wonderful apartment!

Very cozy and well located, there were 2 of us and 2 dogs and we had an excellent time. The air conditioning is a great plus because it works for summer and winter! I went in early June and there was almost no one in the condominium, I imagine that in summer there must be a lot of people. Beautiful views of the volcano and literally 2 minutes from the entrance to Pucón.

Everything is excellent during our stay. Beautiful place, the complex is new. Everything was impeccable, very well-equipped. Very good beds, pillows and linens. The shower with great pressure. An extraordinary weekend. The house, the view, the gazebo, the pool / jacuzzi, the children enjoyed it a thousand times. We would definitely come back.

We wholeheartedly recommend this magical lake house—it truly feels like heaven on earth. Our stay in Pucón, Chile, was wonderful. The ideal location made it easy to walk into town (1 mile) or use the provided bikes. Evenings brought breathtaking sunsets, private kayak access, and our own dock on beautiful Villarrica Lake. Kayaking with a view of the volcano was unforgettable. The garden, with over 15 flower varieties, created a serene oasis. The master bedroom’s lake view was pure magic. The cozy house and charming porch made for a relaxing retreat. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the peaceful ambiance was perfect. The house manager, just up the street, was always available, and our host, Barbara, regularly checked in. A special thanks to the sweet dog outside—her joy was inspiring! This beautiful home and garden filled our hearts with happiness. Thank you so much Barbara!

The house is great for a family vacation. Commodities to the fullest with everything you need to enjoy. Paula is always attentive and clear with her directions. Mrs. Sonia and don Carlos are very kind and attentive. We felt right at home. Recommended, we will be back!!!!

The house is very nice, comfortable and spacious for large groups. Best: the view of the lake (very easy access to this from the garden) and the availability of lounge chairs, chitasoles, kayaks and beach toys for children. That made us have a very restful and entertaining vacation. Ignacio answers the doubts very quickly so highly recommended!

First of all: The location the cabin had was somewhat far from normal that we took on a trip, but it was totally worth it. Second: The cabin has a long wooden walkway that gives you the feeling of reaching a peaceful place and especially if you like to walk in warm and/or cold weather. Third: The dogs they have are a love, we loved that little experience we had with those ( big ) tame puppies. Fourth: The cabin we were in was excellent. We loved we had everything on hand. What made it difficult for us to have older adults was like regulating the shower water, it's just details nothing more. Fifth: The forest environment that has that place was WONDERFUL. It was a moment of peace and quiet and it is worth noting the little noise. It is Incredible. Sixth: The internet and phone signal is obviously somewhat unstable by the location but it was for a very short time. THANK YOU TOTALLY GRATEFUL FOR EVERYTHING RECOMMENDED.

The place is located just 5 minutes away from downtown Pucon by car. The apartment is very nice and spacious in the common areas and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast or dinner. It's very quiet, so you get a good rest. Francisco is very friendly and is always attentive to answer your questions. I'd stay there again :)

Andrés was a great host and his apartment, on the last floor of the building, has a truly amazing view. Andres was very flexible and helpful and accommodated all our requests. We’d gladly stay with him again.

A perfect place to stay whilst visiting Pucon - Rosalba's place was cosy, clean and well-equipped! It's about 30 min walk from the centre of town, but that means it's very peaceful too, and was no issue at all for exploring. Would stay here again if visiting Pucon!
