The place is 100% recommended, the apartment has everything you need to rest during a nice vacation in Pucón, very clean, tidy, spacious, comfortable, cozy. The condominium is super nice, quiet, very peaceful, very beautiful green areas, easy access and close to downtown Pucón. For his part, Felipe is very attentive, always responds quickly, gives you very clear directions from the first moment, excellent communication. I would definitely stay there when I return to Pucón... Recommended without a doubt.

Beautifully decorated, clean and cozy apartment to stay for several days. The apartment has a beautiful view of trees, beats natural light, and is very quiet. Desk and comfortable chairs to work with, and great internet for those who need to do online meetings, downloads and uploads.

An excellent place to spend a few days in Pucon. Having a washing machine was a plus for us. Very organized, with a stove and plenty of bedding in case of cold days, a very spacious refrigerator and a well-equipped kitchen. Recommended!

Lovely apartment! Well appointed with everything we needed. Cesar met us at the apartment and explained everything to us. We had a flexible check in time and check out time which made life easier. There was a washing machine and drier in another building which needed tokens. If you have a Chilean bank account you can do a bank transfer to purchase the tokens but it’s more difficult if you don’t. However, Cesar very kindly bought the tokens for us and we gave him the cash. Thank you Cesar! And to Alejandro for the use of your wonderful apartment!

I love their home, I had several details that I thought they lived there, it feels like home and they trust you have even books to read. They had a very good disposition and understanding. I'll definitely recommend them. I succeed and keep it up with this project.

We wholeheartedly recommend this magical lake house—it truly feels like heaven on earth. Our stay in Pucón, Chile, was wonderful. The ideal location made it easy to walk into town (1 mile) or use the provided bikes. Evenings brought breathtaking sunsets, private kayak access, and our own dock on beautiful Villarrica Lake. Kayaking with a view of the volcano was unforgettable. The garden, with over 15 flower varieties, created a serene oasis. The master bedroom’s lake view was pure magic. The cozy house and charming porch made for a relaxing retreat. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the peaceful ambiance was perfect. The house manager, just up the street, was always available, and our host, Barbara, regularly checked in. A special thanks to the sweet dog outside—her joy was inspiring! This beautiful home and garden filled our hearts with happiness. Thank you so much Barbara!

An excellent place to vacation in Pucon. Private, safe and super close to downtown Pucon. Good equipment to be comfortable during your stay. Good connection to the main attractions. Jorge and Marcia are very helpful with any request.

The house is very nice, comfortable and spacious for large groups. Best: the view of the lake (very easy access to this from the garden) and the availability of lounge chairs, chitasoles, kayaks and beach toys for children. That made us have a very restful and entertaining vacation. Ignacio answers the doubts very quickly so highly recommended!

Excellent apartment with a great location, since although it is central, it is in a very quiet space, ideal for disconnecting. Both the furniture and the facilities are all in good order and useful. The apartment is a good size, a somewhat cold building, but that is solved with the electric stoves that the property itself has. On the other hand, I would like to highlight Franco's willingness to always resolve any questions or queries. In short, a very good place to stay, highly recommended.

The place is located just 5 minutes away from downtown Pucon by car. The apartment is very nice and spacious in the common areas and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast or dinner. It's very quiet, so you get a good rest. The apartment was very nice and cozy, with a spectacular view, a good location and everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy yourself. We had a great time during the stay. Although we didn't have much communication with the host on the app, her father was very kind and attentive, he welcomed us very warmly and helped us with everything we needed.

A perfect place to stay whilst visiting Pucon - Rosalba's place was cosy, clean and well-equipped! It's about 30 min walk from the centre of town, but that means it's very peaceful too, and was no issue at all for exploring. Would stay here again if visiting Pucon!

Everything was very clean, the host explained the steps to follow very well, everything was very nice, it is an accessible place.
