We appreciated the beautiful space and especially the coffee pods provided ;) The support of a local gallery is a wonderful touch and we liked the paintings on display. Absolutely stunning setting and a very clean and well appointed rental. Charming vibe and super cozy set up. Amazing master suite and also very comfortable secondary suite. My family all felt “right at home” and we would definitely consider returning on our next visit to the Ottawa area. Jumped in the Ottawa River on May 18th and can attest to the cleanliness of the water and the nice sandy beach! Exceptional place to relax, refresh and recharge! We were a masters xc ski team in for some races and the House and Host were amazing. The house was cozy; they had the fire going for our arrival and the kitchen was set up to cook for our large group. The host was very attentive to help us get to where we needed to go during the snow storm, digging us out every day. The house had a wonderful character about it and made us all feel comfortably at home. We will rent this place again for our next trip/race to the area.

We had a great stay in Monica's space! It was comfortable, cozy, and quiet, and the kitchen and bathrooms especially had a thoughtful selection of items you might need while on a trip. When we needed something during our stay, Monica was proactive and helpful. She's also kind and friendly, and she communicated with us while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. The home itself is walking distance to the downtown area, and it was great to be able to explore the cute shops on foot. We really felt the hospitality and would stay again!

Great for a peaceful getaway. The cabin is beautiful and private to have a good time and enjoy with a large group. Important amenities like grocery and gas a close and activities like kayaking and lake beach are also nearby. Had a good time. Can recommend.

This was the perfect addition to my wedding weekend! Julie made it extra special with a welcome sign and bottle of champagne to great my guests and I! The place is absolutely stunning, so warm, cozy and just what we needed for a wedding stay with the bridal party. It surpassed my expectations and Julie and her partner were wonderful - we even had a tour and learned some history on the place. Can’t wait to come back !

A bit of a drive but well worth the peace and quiet of this beautiful cabin in the woods! My friends and I spent our weekend kayaking, puzzling, and BBQing. Mike was so responsive and everything was very smooth. Would definitely come back!

When we had an issue with the pool lights in the evening, Scott promptly came over to assist, which we greatly appreciated. His communication and dedication made our experience truly enjoyable. An Absolutely Amazing Stay with Superb Hosts! Our recent stay at this Lake Front Chalet, was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we booked, the hosts were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and proactive, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Reading the reviews beforehand definitely helped us envision and prepare for the property. The layout of the home was absolutely great, offering a wonderful flow throughout. All the rooms are very large, providing ample space and comfort for everyone. The amenities provided were fantastic, adding so much to our enjoyment. We especially loved the huge open-concept design with the large windows, which created such an inviting and bright atmosphere. We had a truly wonderful time and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a superb getaway. Thank you to our hosts for such an amazing experience!

We are a family of nine and spent three nights here for a family celebration in March. We had a wonderful time. It is a lovely peaceful spot. There was lots of room for all of us. The wood fires were great on the cold March nights. The kitchen had The beds and furniture were comfortable. The only negative was the driveway was a bit steep and slippery due to a recent thaw-freeze, but we were able to get our vehicles out ok with a bit of sand. Monica is a great host, quickly responded to our questions. Would definitely return.

Kate's place is quite lovely and provides an opportunity to be a part of Glen Tay Valley history. The Garden's are beautiful and sitting in the summer house is a treat. Great place for reading a book with a glass of wine in hand. Our dog loves it there too as he can watch the bird life by the Tay river. Kate's digs are a great spot for resting in between adventures in the Perth area. Absolutely charming. It was our third time back.

Just like the pics. A beautiful home with all the amenities you could want. Our dog had a great time swimming in the lake and warming up by the fire pit. Fully equipped kitchen. The indoor fireplace is also 👌

Prunella No.4 A-frame cabin is a gem. Nancy and Catherine are amazing hosts - they provided everything we needed to feel at home. They even had all the amenities for our pup, including a dog bed and bowls, which was a thoughtful touch. Their attention to detail, from the property, to the decor and lights inside and outside the cabin, the dock and everything at the lake, was perfect and made our stay a 5 star experience. We loved exploring the trails and taking the kayak and paddleboard out. We look forward to going back already.

What an amazing space. From the outside you feel transported into a story book, while the inside is tastefully rustic with 70s elements. It’s also stocked so well, I was throughly surprised. A walk to the beach is only roughly 5-10 minutes and it offers the tranquility you need. I will definitely be booking again.
