Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Calabarzon

First time to book an airbnb and I'm pleasantly satisfied with my first booking. Remy's place is good enough for 2 pax and although the building is old, once you step inside the room, it's aesthically pleasing, modernly decorated to maximize space and looks exactly as published. Communication is smooth. Internet is stable. Netflix. Cotton linens. Iron. Hair blower. Big Ref. Condiments are even available. I will definitely recommend and stay here again.

We loved the thoughtful touches, like the stuff for my infant. The stay was comfortable. Multiple 7/11 around the area, Watson across the street. Forbes Town is 2 min walk. Bonifacio stop over is like 2min away as well. St Lukes is 5-7 min walk. Pretty much a great place, near everything you need for your stay. I'm giving this place a 5 star rating. Photos matched actual description and location is excellent. You have a nearby mall and drug store. Directions given were clear. The place is clean and glad that host is accommodating of our request on one hr extension for check out. Towels and toilet papers are provided, kitchen is suitable also for light cooking. Airconditioning is good. Overall - money paid is worth the place. Highly recommended. :)

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. I especially appreciated the beautiful views and the overall sense of safety in the area—it felt like a peaceful and secure place to unwind. The only downside was that finding the location was a bit confusing, even with the provided instructions. It took some extra time to figure out how to get inside, which was a little frustrating after a long journey. Once I got settled, though, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're comfortable navigating a bit on arrival. Great spot overall!

We really enjoyed our time in this unit! We decided to skip the videoke and group games to keep the noise down. If you're looking for a spot for a mini team-building event, this might not be the best fit. However, if you want a relaxing place to hang out with friends, this is definitely the perfect choice. The host is super friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly excellent.

I travelled for work and stayed at Marks place as it was walking distance to my office. It was very comfortable and convenient, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Would happily stay again.

Gio's place was amazing. From the time you walk into the condo, the ambiance was amazing. The music you're greeted to is so welcoming. Gio supplies you with everything you need. I've stayed in many condominiums in the Philippines, but my first time in Mandaluyong, and it was a great experience. Definitely one of the best condos I've stayed in. Would definitely stay again!

place is just beautiful with a astonishing view of the golf course. the building and the amenities are just ok. location is excellent

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. The whole house is perfect for a long-term stay. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely home, Ms. Elena.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

The place was big and comfy. Easy to locate and accessible. The amenities are complete and okay. Swimming pool was great we all enjoyed the place not to mention the game room and gym was a plus! Overall we loved the place and our family had a wonderful time together! Will again rent the place for future occassions.

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

the unit it self is really nice each room have ac . nice and quiet. spacious! bed are so comfortable linen are nice clean . smells nice and soft . and towels. lots of shops around. and Robinson mall just 5 minutes walk. I love the big TV. and the view from the window the pasig river just stunning. just need Lundy room washing machine. yes I would recommend this place .and definitely would stay again.
